The staff was very accommodating and front desk reception was available 24/7. The apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the baby cot provided was spacious and comfortable. The anemities (indoor and outdoor pool, Turkish bath, etc) were great. It has a spacious parking lot, and also free parking on the street. They do a beautiful job landscaping the grounds.

The room was great. Peace and quiet at night. Simple breakfast. Staff excellent. Plenty of parking near the reception. Excellent for the price.

Great service from staff, delicious continental breakfast, comfortable and spacious room and parking space included. Only a short drive to Sao Miguel and the big hypermarket. Loved the pineapple farm setting and beautiful lemon, guava, avocado and banana trees. I will definitely stay here again!

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a variety of vegan and otherwise options. The swimming pool and spa were the cherry on the top.

Breakfast was quite delicious and very complete: eggs, bread, multiple kinds of cereal, fresh fruit, different types of yogurt, cake, various spreads (butter, cream cheese, nutella), homemade jams (delicious!), cheese coffee, tea, orange juice, and several types of milk (normal, lactose free and non-dairy!). The fact that there was a shared kitchen available made it all the better! Our room was spacious, with heating and a mini fridge being both available. We had a small but very pleasant balcony with a nice view and some chairs to enjoy it. Location was perfect! In a quarter of an hour you can be in Ponta Delgada and still enjoy the view and calm ambience S. Vicente de Ferreira has to offer! The staff was super helpful and kind! They even lent us an umbrella because it was raining and offered to serve breakfast much earlier because we had an early morning flight! Overall, the homely and intimate environment of the Quinta was our favorite! We almost felt like we had the whole Quinta to ourselves. Our only regret is not having stayed longer to enjoy a nice grill outside or a day by the pool. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and updated. Host was friendly and helpful. Quiet location that was not too far from some restaurants and shopping.

The place is fantastic, confy and has everything you need. Loved the sauna and jacuzzi and the amazing hospitality of the host. He received us with an amazing welcome pack and even dinner as we arrived late on the first night. He was super friendly and was always eager to help us with recommendations and things to make us more comfortable. The place has a ver nice garden and is surrounded by nature. We will certainly hope to come back someday. Location is central to move around Sao Miguel.

Felismina gave us clear instructions for self check-in since she was working when we arrived. Everything was as described. We loved the room and the house itself - it's better than what's shown in pictures. The room was spacious, the bathroom was shared with another room, but it was clean, the kitchen was well organized, spotless, and had everything you might need for your stay. We felt like we were alone most of the time. She also has two cute dogs and the fluffiest and cutest white cat. The location is great for exploring the western side of the island.

From a private spa with hot water to a beautiful private garden complete with a cozy fireplace and ample seating, it catered to all our needs. It was a joy to have such a relaxing retreat to come back to after exploring the beautiful Azores. A delightful touch was the warm welcome we received upon arrival: a homemade pineapple cake and local tea awaited us, setting the tone for a week filled with thoughtful surprises. Midway through our stay, they brought us a set of pancakes for the kids and some chocolate, which was a wonderful and unexpected treat. The hosts were incredibly nice and maintained a respectful distance, ensuring we had our privacy while still being available if we needed anything. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Overall, our week at the Azor Eco Lodge was fantastic. We had a wonderful time, and the apartment provided everything we needed and more.
