Rooms in Zambujeira do Mar

Rosa and family run a very clean and comfortable hotel in Zambujeira. We enjoyed the location, very convenient to the Vicentina Fisherman’s Trail and lovely beach in town. Rosa’s restaurant by the same name, Sol Dourado, is a few blocks away and provided us a delightful experience dining on beautifully prepared prawns, fish and percebis, the small local shellfish. Breakfast also was delicious. Their service at the restaurant and hotel was outstanding!

This place has great potential. Just needs some attention to a few things that require maintenance or upgrades. I am sure the management is working on it.

Very peaceful and distant enough from the city to get a starry sky at night. It includes 2 pools and a restaurant, game room, bicycles, common room, pool service, snacks, parking... the service and staff are very friendly, provided everything we needed. It was more than we expected.

I never imagined someone could treat their work with so much passion. Everyone I met along the trail kept hyping this place up, and honestly, it truly is the best stop on the Fisherman’s Trail. The owner is one of the warmest, most caring people I’ve met (I was doing the trail in 2026 febr during the big storms and he would call me and text me continuously if all was OK and if I need help, really got the my heart) it was an absolute pleasure to stay here, and I ended up recommending it to everyone along the way.

Great location across the street from a beautiful beach and restaurants/shops.

I absolutely loved this house, felt so comfy and familiar. Everyone was super sweet, the location and nature is marvelous. Also this is not a touristic village, it felt very local. I stayed in a room with bathroom with my mom and I recommend this hostel to everyone, if you are a couple, family or friends or a solo traveller. I was absolutely IN LOVE and I want to come back like nowhere else in Portugal.

Excellent service! Breakfast was amazing!

Loved the Location out in the country, although within 10 minutes driving time from Zambujeira. So quiet and peaceful. Very small place. The rooms are all at ground level with a little patio in front. Beds are heavenly - very comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean. Very nice bathroom, excellent water pressure. Also has an electric towel rack. Electric water kettle, coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast is included and is plentiful and excellent. Very friendly staff. Hope to come back one day.

Beautiful house with balcony to watch sunset, enormous modern kitchen, right on the beach, great hot shower, would happily stay here for a week or two.

THe Hosts - Vasco, Saret, Visal were absolutely delightful. True hospitality, welcoming people who couldnt do enough for you. The warmth from arrival to departure was truely outstanding. Beautiful villa decorated with a touch from Camodia (the ladies influence) - with well appointed rooms. CLEANING was execeptional - spotless! Beds comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with hosts ensuring that you dont leave for the day without something in your bag to munch on. Beach very short walk away, and also cliff rocks to watch amazing sunset. Beach umbrellas availble for your use and beach trow for the sand. HOPSITALITY AT ITS BEST!

The self check-in went smoothly, it was very clean and comfortable inside. WiFi was working well (it was important for me to connect to a lesson the next day). Nice location. There was a refrigerator in the room (may be important for the hikers).

The best acommodation we had on the Fisherman's trail. Even it is not in the center definitely worth to go there. Nice farm with everything you need. We enjoyed big terrace. Definitely would recommend this place!
