Location: 5-7 mins walk from the taoyuan mrt station. There is a shuttle bus service to the hotel, just that our arrival time is way too late. It is besides the Gloria Outlet shopping area (hope I got the name right). Attractive for those who likes to ship. Rooms: really comfortable &, very spacious for 3 king size beds (+ platform and 3 toilets (2 showers and 1 with bidet). The beds are really comfortable, firm and good support. Really. My back ache was much relieved after sleeping on it. Thankfully, this hotel was our last stop of the tour and we enjoyed it thoroughly. There is a PX mart (全联）opposite the hotel. I managed to buy good local seasonings & tidbits to bring back home.

The room is so clean, a lot of Filipino staff they are friendly.

The room was quite spacious for the price. It had an entryway, full bedroom with separate bath and jacuzzi as well as an outdoor sitting area.

I stayed for 10 days. During this period my experience is that the staff is very helpful and can understand Chinese and English. They were very accomodating with the check-in and check-out, ordering taxi and room services. The establishment is very tidy and clean and is daily maintenanced. There are free water bottles and drinks in the fridge, and a selection of tea on the table counter. For a quick night snack there is a famous fast food chain at the back, which is 24/7 open. Overall I'm very content and certainly got my money's worth.

Comfortable room with decent breakfast. Lots of amenities in the room with food, snacks, and a water dispenser. They also accommodated our late arrival.

Very closed to the Taoyuan International Airport. And a big 7-11 convenient store is at the door, tons of options for microwave food.

Everything in the room seemed very new. The commode has a bidet and heated seat which was a pleasant surprise. The buffet was excellent, really hit the spot! The laundry room was a plus and I was able to get a load done using the detergent available at the facility. The courtyard is small but picturesque with a koi pond. The gym isn't big but seemed clean and well maintained. The complimentary shuttle to the high speed rail was convenient and on time. Just make sure to reserve it ahead of time since ours was almost at capacity. Although I was comfortable communicating in Mandarin, staff was able to communicate with English. Everyone I interacted with (front desk, host at the restaurant, waiter, janitorial, driver) was pleasant and helpful. I felt that when they saw me struggle with something, they jumped in to offer assistance even if it was not their job.

The location is amazing and the facilities are excellent too!

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean, very comfortable, and of good quality. The staff were also very kind. As foreigners, we asked for help a few times, and they were always helpful and welcoming. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time!

Close to the airport. Clean, efficient room. Nice staff. Efficient check in. Comfortable bed. Great for the price point.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious room near the airport. The check-in process was easy, and the host was super kind and helpful. The entire ambience of the place is peaceful, clean, and beautifully decorated, with drinks and snack options. The room was very clean and had plenty of space for my things. I appreciated the additional items provided, like shampoo, soap, lotion, etc. There’s a nice balcony, fans, and AC. The shower was hot and strong, and the bed was comfortable. There are some restaurants and markets nearby, and the metro stop to the airport is just a short walk away. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Taipei. Thanks!

Great location, quiet place, comfortable bed, free parking, everything was perfect

Excellent if you need a place to stay near the airport. Staff were so kind, even though we didn't meet them. Check-in was easy and the snacks and self-serve breakfast were more than expected. A charming little place to rest pre- or post-flight. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

The host was super nice. My flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until 11pm yet he still waited for me. The host was super friendly. The location was perfect and convenient as it was super close to the airport and HSR. My room was cute and clean. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen had instant ramen which was nice. An added bonus was the host allowed me to store my luggage for free. He is super kind and helpful!
