United StatesThis was a perfect place to stay, it was clean, roomy and decorated nicely. There was even wood and starter next to the fireplace. We were close to downtown and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The Falls River runs directly in front of the condo and was relaxing. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Loved the separate levels of the house for each couple to have their own bedroom & bathroom. Loved the balconies for the breathtaking views of the mountains. Loved the kitchen for cooking and family dinners. Loved the hot tub and thankful for the washing machine and dryer. The host was so caring and wonderful and great communication! We had everything we needed and then some! A+++

The suite we had was nice, a bedroom, bathroom, and living room/partial kitchen.
We did see an elk on the property laying in the grass eating the grass right in front of our car which was really cool, even though we are right off a large main road.
Maid service was great, they change the towels and make the bed every day. The room was very clean.

Location was outside the Rocky National Park, The master bedroom upstairs was large and comfy with the balcony and large bathroom. The rec room offered lots to do for the kids and family. The hot tub was nice but to much chlorine!

The whole place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking essentials. The fire table and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in the evening. We appreciated the extra blankets in each bedroom. Overall a great place to stay and super close to all of the awesome things in Estes Park / RMNP!

Our king suite was fantastic, it's a 2-room unit with a separate bedroom, a kitchenette in the living room with a fireplace and balcony. We stayed for 2 nights for our 40th anniversary. The staff is exceptional, they really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.

The property its self was great, warm and cozy and had plenty of room for our multiple families staying the weekend. Three bedrooms, two sofa sleepers in the loft area, kitchen living room etc. just as described in the listing. Code to the door was texted 15 minutes prior to the check in time. Had cards and board games for use.

Beautiful location. Comfortable lodging. I liked the separate bedrooms for privacy and many different sleeping areas - the couch was even comfortable to sleep on. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our condo/house was so spacious and had a great kitchen, dining table and sitting area with fireplace so we had a lot of room to spread out. The bedrooms were comfortable. The location was superb for going to Rocky Mountain National Park. Also the hot tub was a welcome surprise!

This renovated roadside motel is close to downtown Estes Park & multiple RMNP entrances. We could hear the elk bugling while windows open. As a family, we liked having separate kids bedroom & kitchen table. Greatly appreciate our request of early check-in being met so we could do naptime in the room.
