Great location, good views. Nice outdoor chair options. No stairs. Nicely furnished and lots of dishes. Both a coffee pot and a keurig. Comfy. Great communication, definitely will stay again. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Helpful instructions on walls by smart switches.

We enjoyed a one bedroom suite this visit and a good breakfast. Location was good and we walked 2 blocks to nearby brewpub. Property was quiet and mostly adults on our floor so that was great.

We went through booking.com for a double bed room. When we got there it was one king size bed…for my family of 4. Asked the front desk and she said because we went through a 3rd party it just takes what they have. Which is fine except we stayed 2 nights in a king bed room-they offered a roll out, great! However, the room was smaller and there was no place to put a roll out bed. The hotel was fine, it just made for a tight space couple of days to end our vacation.

The location was great, right on Grand Ave, easy walk to the lake, restaurants and stores. The room was a bit rustic; some folks would probably like it, but not as much to our taste. The room had a fridge, microwave, tv, futon-type couch, chair and coffee table. The bedroom had a side table, tv, and bed. The room and bathroom were very clean and neat. Checkin and out was quick and easy. Loved the hummingbirds! We also liked the hot tub.

Our room was clean and spacious, everything we needed and great decoration. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy, and it was easy to navigate to The Acoma from the airport. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond in helping us with some logistics. It was easy to walk to most of the sights from the hotel. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Denver. Would stay again.

We were thrilled to find a room that comfortably accommodated our family if 6 (one bed in main studio style room, two beds in bedroom). The location was perfect for walking into town, and a quick easy drive to the park entrance. The views of the pond and golf course were lovely! Breakfast was great!
