Great location… we were upgraded to a lake-view bungalow for free

The family is so wonderful, welcoming, helpful, thoughtful, sweet and friendly. For a one-night stay near the airport, they treated me like a cherished guest. Communication is fantastic. The sweet mama greeted me and showed me the bathroom and showers and dorm when I arrived, and the gentleman offered a meal inside with the family before I had to rush off to catch my flight. (They had something vegetarian for me too, ((thanks so much for this as I was stressed out and frantically busy preparing for the flight.))) You can watch flights take off from the rooftop if you need a little moment to yourself at night. AND they have a mango tree in their courtyard! The dorm is simple, but comfortable and I slept well (even being so close to the airport, the airplane sounds were not an issue in the room). Showers and the bathroom are also good and there is a clothes line where you can dry your towel/air out clothes before your flight. It’s so close to the airport too, and no real traffic in that zone, it seemed for me, both trips… so ya won’t miss your flight. Easy 7-10 minute ride there. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a simple, yet highly-functional accommodation near the airport with an incredible family. I will surely stay with them my next time in or out of Hanoi. Five star human beings, the whole crew.

The room was way beyond my expectations. All the staff were super welcoming and friendly. They even took me to an ATM so I could withdraw cash. Amazing service!

Hello, i recommend this hotel if you have flight the next day. The host was nice and the shuttle service was free. It is worth the price.

Lovely forest around the villa, and pretty flowers in the garden. Pool was nice, clean, and refreshing. It was probably fabulous a few years ago and needs a little more maintenance to bring back its charm. Host was helpful but communication was an issue. We paid a hundred dollars for three nights and that’s good value. There is an amazing art gallery nearby which is worth half a day, including great food at the restaurant. Public transit nearby can get you into the heart of Hanoi in about 90 minutes.

This is truly a magical place. The staff helped is out with everything and we could use bicycles and kayaks for free. There are great restaurants nearby.
