We enjoyed a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the city. Despite the short stay, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to visit nearby attractions and experience the local culture briefly. We hope to return for a longer visit next time.

JapanWe had a great stay at the hotel. All the staffs showed up were extremely kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly good and offered a lot of options. It was a 12-min walk from the hotel to the old quarter and it's very quiet at night. Highly recommended and will choose again if we come back to Hanoi!

Delightful, spacious, light, and modern apartment in a very quiet courtyard behind a quiet street. It was absolutely spotless, with quality furnishings plus homely touches so it doesn't feel like a hotel room.
Hieu gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with everything we needed during our 6-day stay. It was so nice to have cooking facilities and be able to eat on the balcony.
It's also very close to great cafes, street food, shops, train street and other Old Quarter areas, we could walk everywhere.

Vy on the front desk was very helpful throughout our whole stay. Recommendations for activities, restaurants and getting around when we arrived, arranged a massage for us with the downstairs spa and, on our final day, helped us organise passport photos and cash exchange for our visas for Laos. Above and beyond. Location was great - right in the old town but not noisy at all. Also upgraded on arrival, our room was large and spacious.

We got a free upgrade and our room was very comfortable. We had a fridge and a small balcony which was nice too. The staff were very kind and helpful and helped us book a taxi to the airport.

Absolutely everything. It is in the heart of Hanoi , staff were so nice and gave us a free room upgrade on arrival. Our room was so nice and spacious. Also breakfast was so delicious and had a huge variety to choose from.

In a great location, walking distance to train street and the note cafe.
Had a small leak in our room and this was sorted immediately with no issues. Would highly recommend this hotel, great value for money.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a great location. Our room was very clean and spacious, and also our balcony. The breakfast was in a pleasant area and there was a large choice. We also used the offered transport to and from the Airport, which worked very well. A lovely hotel to stay in.

This hotel is in a great spot and is spotlessly clean. We were upgraded to a bigger room than the one we booked - and it was lovely. Very spacious and comfortable. If we had been in the room we paid for I would have been disappointed. It wasn't the cheapest room available but was small and unappealing -and expensive by Hanoi standards, although you pay a premium for being right by the lake.
The breakfast delivered to our room was very good.

We stayed in the family room with a view over the railway - the children loved watching the trains! The room was clean and spacious and the staff were excellent - great recommendations for where to go next on our travels and arranged onward transport for us.

Fantastic hotel in the Old Quarter with lovely staff and clean, comfortable rooms. As we were on our honeymoon, we were upgraded for free to the deluxe room with a huge balcony. The room was spacious and modern, with a great shower and huge smart TV, which was a plus. The staff were very kind and attentive, especially Casey and Luca, and they even fixed my broken earphones at reception! Great spread for breakfast, with plenty of vegetarian options. Just wish we could have stayed for longer!

I loved staying here - I was upgraded to a room with a balcony on arrival and it was such a perfect way to ease into my first days in Vietnam. The room was surprisingly quiet and very spacious, comfortable. The location could not be more perfect, you are literally steps from everything. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast exceeded my expectations, so much variety and plentiful and a perfect rooftop locale to enjoy it. I agonized over finding the perfect Hanoi accommodations for weeks and was so pleased with my choice, it was perfect.

We upgraded our room to balcony which I highly recommend. Not disappointed. Room's without window very small. The staff were outstanding and went above & beyond to make sure our Hanoi visit & bookings further afield were seamless. Great position to all the sights & an easy walk to lake. Would definately stay here again. Lovely rooms, central & outstanding service from Lily, Trang & Nic (doorman).

Really nice hotel directly in the old quarter. Our room (upgraded to superior) was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and it was silent. The breakfast was also spectacular and the staff very friendly and helpful.
