We had a great stay at the hotel. All the staffs showed up were extremely kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly good and offered a lot of options. It was a 12-min walk from the hotel to the old quarter and it's very quiet at night. Highly recommended and will choose again if we come back to Hanoi!

We had a really bad Airbnb experience so we wanted to find something with great reviews, that the cleanliness level was good with great staff and Five Star West Lake didn't disappoint. We have rented a motorbike so our transportation was easy and we were independent. Very tasty breakfast too, based on a bento box kind of concept. Be aware that the bed mattress is super hard (we loved it).

The staff was amazing, they helped us check in super late at 2 AM because our bus got delayed. My suitcase broke in the morning and they were super accommodating and helped me find a new suitcase nearby and allowed me to leave my stuff at the property. Everyone there was amazing and I highly recommend staying at this property.

I like everything about this property. Room very spacious & clean. Owner are very attentive & helpful. They also take care of us. And here,very near to the railway street cafe. Just 2 mins walk
