The apartment is perfectly situated with a stunning, panoramic view of the lake. It is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious with great water temp and pressure.

The location was very convenient, right by the train station, a nice restaurant and 10 mins walk to the lake. Room was spacious, comfortable and has a balcony with a nice view. It was super quiet staying here and the quality of everything was top standard including a separate toilet to the shower, nice breakfast and the fact my mum’s ear got infected and the staff gave us some antiseptic spray. My mum and I both really enjoyed staying here, have recommended to our friends and are planning to come back in the near future

Location was great. My room was upgraded to a suite which included a terrace. Great way to enjoy a pizza from the Italian restaurant downstairs. The only issue was the name of the Hotel was not marked. It just said Hotel so I missed it and ended up travelling downtown and then coming back out.

People who work here are very friendly and willing to help. I was sick during my stay, and they helped me with a taxi to the hospital, I felt warm and like home. the bedroom is clean and breakfast is excellent.

Location is close to the station, supermarket and short walk to city square.
Rooms were clean. Nice size for a family with an adjoining bedroom with bunk beds and larger double. Good coffee pods for morning and spacious bathroom. Staff were helpful.

The location is great -very close to the station and the lake. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The room is quite basic - no kettle or tea bags in there but I asked at the reception of the sister hotel and they were happy to supply me with them. They also gave us an adaptor when we realisedthe one we had didn't fit.

The location is great, around three to five minutes from the main station. Our room is clean and comfortable with a big shared balcony.
The breakfast is also delicious, they serve various kinds of Twinning's tea which I have never seen before. Besides, the fruits they prepared are fresh and sweet! The single bed is also bigger than others!

Super charming! In the historic walking section of Lucerne. Such a Swiss feel with lots of history. The staff bent over backward to help us- Dominique and Severin were amazing - putting a fan in our room to cool it on a warm day (no ac in this 500 year old hotel) and Severin got me the canopy bed room I wanted! Dominique helped us when we had parking issues at the super close parking garage (lost our ticket : / ) Breakfast was delicious with a ton of options (even eggs!)
