The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, and the area itself was so peaceful and quiet, especially early in the mornings. We also loved the breakfast. The view from hotel is very beautiful. It has very quiet and charming rooms. The breakfast was great, not so rich but good selections with high quality. The staff was very friendly. Swimming in the lake at private beach side of hotel and trying to make Stand up paddling was very enjoyable. The sup boards are free to use from hotel😊 We were feeling like in paradise.

The apartment is perfectly situated with a stunning, panoramic view of the lake. It is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious with great water temp and pressure.

The view is absolutely stunning and breathtaking. The breakfast is very delicious, especially the croissants and eggs benedict. The resort’s restaurants have amazing views. An electronic bidet (shattaf) is available in the bathroom.

Good sized apartment for 5 people with a lovely view and nice balcony. Good sized bedrooms. Elisabeth the host was very welcoming and helpful. Well located for Lucerne and surrounding activities. Nice to have parking right outside and to have cable TV with English channels for the quiet evenings. Comfortable beds though pillows were a bit squishy. Good Italian restaurant within walking distance and a small supermarket too.
