Beautiful big room with balcony and lovely view of lake. Beautiful spa - pool, jacussi, sauna. Excellent extensive breakfast. Restaurant expensive but good quality. Outdoor loungers dry comfy and great to be able to swim in lake. Our village ice and quiet but easy to catch ferry into Luzern. Good free parking

Despite the rain there was still so much to enjoy at the hotel. We had the junior sweet and was so nice looking out of the opened balcony watching the rain with an incredible view. So peaceful. The pool and spa is incredible. Great for young children and the sauna area is amazing for adults. We would stay again.

Everything felt like old-school, high-class luxury: the rooms were clean, and the staff were gentlemen and ladies all around. The spa is amazing, featuring a couple of dry saunas, a wet sauna, a cold plunge pool, ice baths, and a high-class spa experience all at your disposal. There's also a cool indoor pool and a jacuzzi. The location was fantastic, offering an amazing view of the lake, and the breakfast was pretty good. It was as described and beyond, I'd say.

Amazing location, views. Room was immaculate, spacious, updated, and modern. Owner and staff were exceedingly welcoming and friendly. In-house restaurant and breakfast were wonderful.

The view of the room met our expectation as we could view the mountain Piltaus which we're aware our room does not have the lake view. At the same time, the breakfast was great with lots of varieties. The water/coffee corner on the 3/F was definitely a bonus. We loved the stay from the beginning to the end and would like to especially thanks to Lea who took care of our check in and booked us a nice table for dinner in the hotel's restaurant. She always carried a smile which made us felt welcomed and pleasant.

Breakfast had a lot of option from, both continental, crossant, fruit etc. the view is amazing and we had the oppotunity to eat outside on the terrace with lake view.. the restaurant is also great, food is presented very nicelly and was delicious.

The location of the property, all we could see from the balcony of the junior suite was the lake. It was breathtaking and magnificent. The size of the suite was good enough to accommodate the three of us without any problem. The property is well connected. Overall, it was a good experience.

The bed was comfy. The view was lovely from our room The reception is slightly out dated.. then mordern parts. It's not really got a theme but didn't affect us. Air-conditioning good and sleep good. Spa facilities good. Didn't eat there. Location a bit quiet we found a quiet Italian down the road. Was lovely there. Parking a bit difficult at times.

Nice, comfortable hotel a 15 min train ride from Luzern. We were really happy with our room, it had a beautiful terrace with a partial view to the lake, comfortable beds, nice linens and soft towels! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beautiful view. Breakfast was good too, lots of options!!

We had an amazing stay at Seehotel Pilatus in Hergiswil. The location is simply unbeatable, offering stunning views of the lake and the Bürgenstock from our lovely room. The convenience of the nearby train into Lucerne made our excursions easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the retro disco where we had a fantastic time dancing the night away. The combination of beautiful scenery, convenient transportation, and vibrant nightlife made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!
