Friendly, helpful English-speaking staff. Proximity to the train station and the central district was excellent. There was a small yet lovely upper-covered patio. The room was clean and cleaned well throughout my stay.

Very well equipped house, air conditioning in the living area (not bedroom), comfy bed, good tv with access to Netflix etc, good shower, washing machine. Stayed nice and cool even in really hot weather. Pool was lovely and the owner’s home and gardens are gorgeous. Parking easy just outside the gates on a residential street. Need a car to be able to access anywhere. Dog friendly. Had a lovely week here :)

Everything, small but very comfy and nicely decorated rooms - ours had a balcony, which was very nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful - I forgot something the the room and they sent it to me. Great breakfast. Beach around the corner.

It was a very clean and new place with a cute and private terrace. Although it’s close to an industrial zone, it’s a quote and private place close to supermarkets and not far from the dune and beach.

Great service, good food and lovely rooms. The interior is really nice and the location is perfect. Loved the fact that it was dog friendly and our dog got spoiled as well!

Great location! 10-20 minutes by car to beautiful Atlantic beaches with free parking. Nice trips to Bordeaux, Arcachon and the beautiful market in Cap Ferret.
We enjoyed the hospitality of our host Valérie! She received us very nicely and gave great recommendations for restaurants. We loved the live concerts and bay view at „Chez Alcide“!
The pool is nice and the house with 4 independent bedrooms is very spacious.

Location was excellent
Day front desk staff very polite and helpful,
spoke English and offered good service. Offered to change our room that was next to the breakfast room to a more quite one. Offered small compensation when we told them that the previous night we returned to the hotel and found the room was not cleaned with the night manager as well as the hotel manager could not manage.

All the staff are extremely friendly. Our room was light and airy with a balcony and a sea view. Comfortable bed and good shower. Superb breakfast and relaxing evening drinks on the rooftop terrace. Very good value. Recommended

A lovely apartment in a great location. The view from the balcony is exceptional. It is above a restaurant so it is noisy but that is all part of the vibe in the evening. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment and the noise didn't bother us once in bed with the balcony doors closed. Being able to park in the underground carpark is a bonus though the spaces are quite snug for a large car.
