Has small refrigerator and excellent bed. We stayed three nights and kept our car parked onsite. Even had juices, waters and snacks included in the price.

Our family room was part of the annex behind the main building of the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also had a small outdoor seating area which was very useful, particularly as the weather was good for a change.
The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choice to cater for all tastes.
We enjoyed using the swimming pool and steam room and staff were all very welcoming.

The Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa, situated to the south of the picturesque highland village of Inveraray, provided an excellent touring base to explore to the Argyle and Bute area. The staff were very helpful, bedroom spacious and evening and breakfast meals were tailored to taste.
With adequate off road parking, excellent WiFi in all areas and a superb Spa the Hotel is to be recommended.

My room was lovely. Spacious.
Decor was elegant throughout with great attention to detail. Large, comfortable, light filled and relaxing lounge/bar.
Hosts were very welcoming, as were staff.

The staff were sympathetic and attentive as we arrived after my husband suffered a fall in Oban . Nothing was too much trouble for them and they willingly brought food to our room since he was unable to get out of bed.
The room was adequate but not very spacious without a lot of storage space. However I loved the shower in our room. It was a delight with lots of room.

Our room was so much more beautiful than we had hoped for. The bathroom was modern and very spacious with a huge walk in shower. The room was very well equipped with anything you may need. The bed was so comfortable, we slept really well.
We managed to park directly in front of the guest house. The location is just a short walk from the centre.
All communication with the hosts was very friendly and helpful. The option to sample an Irn Bru and a tea cake was a nice touch, too.

As a Brandane born and brought up on Bute I was promised a room with a view of the bay "at no extra charge". Our room was in fact at the back looking out to unkempt trees through a dirty window.

Karmen was very friendly and helpful- lovely view from our bedroom. Plus delicious breakfast. Bed very comfortable. The first place in Scotland where they have provided fresh coffee with filter papers.
Stairs might be a problem if you have mobility problems

The rooms were clean and relatively spacious. This is a hotel that is in dire need of an upgrade - furnishings from the 1980's decor from the 1950's. It would be quirky if it were intentional.

The location was terrific and the view absolutely lovely. The bathroom was clean, and they provided soap. (Having the sink in the bedroom instead of in the bathroom was awkward, as everyone got a share in each toothbrushing.) They also had a carpark with free overnight parking available.

Very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated flat with very spacious bedrooms. Loved the toiletries and the extra food/ welcome pack which made breakfast very easy. Lots of parking. Good to have outside space. Great communication from Morven.

Lovely hotel, well kept gardens, staff are so friendly and welcoming, giving us a little tour when we booked in and told us the history of the old part of the hotel,
lovely spacious bedroom, bed very comfortable, we had dinner at the hotel which was a lovely 3 course meal,
we opted for full cooked breakfast which we enjoyed very much to start the day with, the continental breakfast looked amazing too which we think we will have next time we visit for sure, not to far for a night away from Arran xx

Big old building (with no lift) right on the roadside looking up the Loch, really lovely spot. Had a family room with a view. Double bed was lovely, however the single is worn out and needs upgrading. Bathroom was good, despite water pressure issues. Plenty of parking. Food was really surprisingly good, especially the fish pizza and chicken cordon bleu.
