Everything! From the pictures it looked like it could have been a small little cottage, just assumed it would be so pleasantly surprised at the big spacious living room, the well equipped kitchen/diner where the host left a nice selection of welcome goodies!
2 very good sized double bedrooms with comfy beds (at least in the one I slept in) and single bedroom.
Great communication from the host before our visit, didn't have any problems so no need to contact them during!

Huge bed room and bath room, very spacious, calm and gorgeous view of the farm animals . Great breakfast made with fresh ingredients, great dinner upon request. Just a perfect and calm get away with lovely people .

It's a nice little Victorian terraced house with space outside at the back where you could enjoy a meal (weather permitting; it was rather cold and damp when we visited). The kitchen is equiped with all the essentials, the dining room is a reasonable size, the lounge is snug and comfy. Upstairs the bedrooms are fairly spacious, well laid out, and comfortable.

Fabulous stay, excellent location and with parking
Spacious 2 bedrooms and the beds were very comfy, great nights sleep.
Welcome pack was a lovely touch too
Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. It was perfect for me with limited mobility.

Beautiful location, lovely staff who couldn’t enough for you, we were upgraded to a king room when we arrived. Lovely room overlooking the garden. Really good full English breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful old building and we were greeted with a cup of tea and cake when we arrived, which was wonderful. Our room was spacious and peaceful with a lovely big window. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choice. The property is in walking distance of everything and has ample parking, so we could leave our car there in the morning and walk into town, without worrying about when we had to leave.

We loved everything about our stay; Fiona & James are the perfect hosts. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with great views and access to a balcony. The bathroom was large and luxurious with fluffy towels! The opportunity to share a drink with the other guests in the sunny rear garden was most relaxing. Short walk to local pub. Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious; just wish we could have stayed longer! Best BnB during our 5 weeks travelling the UK!

I need some kitchen facilities as I cannot eat solid food and have to prepare/heat my own food, so our room was perfect for me. The accommodation was over 2 rooms, and very spacious.

Excellent hotel about a 15 minute drive from Hereford. The pub itself had lots of character and was a perfect place to have a drink. The evening meal we had was excellent as was the bedroom. Our room overlooked fields at the back of hotel and was very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A perfect place to stay

We upgraded our room so we had the most beautiful view of the river and forest. The lodge is situated in an incredibly picturesque place. The food was lovely, the service excellent and the room comfy. We had a great time.

Our room was very spacious with plenty of easy chairs and comfortables beds. The bathroom was exceptional with lots of space to put everything one needs in a bathroom and excellent lighting too.

The house and garden were very well cared for. We sat out in the late afternoon with the perfume of a stunning Wisteria wafting over us. The bedroom and en suite were both spacious and well equipped. We had a hearty breakfast to start our day and were very impressed with the quality of everything.

Lovely spacious clean house. Location great to the right is Chinese restaurant and further down Rose & Crown pub nice food, to the left & right the victory bus for food all within 10 min walk and town is near and has a good old weatherspoon for breakfast :) great surprise to see a bedroom in basement which was lovely and quiet from rest of the house would definitely recommend we would love to come back for longer

This is a lovely, comfortable and clean one bedroom flat. Spacious shower. Nice surprise was the free Hereford Zipper bus. The bus stop few yards opposite will drop you to multiple places in city centre. Also patio for when the sun shines. The online staff were extremely helpful.
