United StatesThis is a one of a kind luxurious, comfortable, pampered experience. Karen and David are the sweetest, kindest, most courteous people ever! Their years in the hospitality industry shine through but mostly their passion for providing a pampered Scottish experience reigns. The house is beautiful; the room is enormous with an even bigger bathroom with separate shower and tub. The room boasts extravagant furnishings and an even more extravagant view of the Scottish Border hills. We were greeted with cheerful, kind, words and gestures that are unmatched (and we have traveled extensively). Love this place and Moffat but especially Karen and David; they are true gems!

The location was perfect for me, just a couple of miles from where I needed to be. The hotels parking facilities were good, and the overall feel of the property was good.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
My room was nice, spacious, and comfortable.
No normal window(s) in my particular bedroom, but instead a large set of skylights with Velux controls, which was ok for an overnight stay to be honest. Comfortable bed though.
The restaurant food was excellent. Dinner was very nice, as was breakfast.

William was extremely friendly when he handed over the keys and even accommodated our slightly early arrival. He was happy to give recommendations for food nearby and let us know about everything in the property. The area felt very safe and there was plenty of space to park multiple cars. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and a lovely spacious living room to relax in with friends.

Very friendly staff with lovely rooms. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. The rooms were really nice and our rooms were all close together, just like we asked!

I liked this hotel because it is located within a shopping centre where everything is there at your convenience.
The shopping centre has everything you need for a great weekend away.
The hotel room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would require, the staff were welcoming and friendly they gave us all the information we needed or asked about with a smile and were very polite and professional.
We would stay here again and would be pleased to tell family and friends to stay there if they are ever in that area.

We found this hotel by accident, travelling up to Speyside. Staff were super friendly, we were upgraded to the most exquisite room, honeymoon suite as it was my husbands 50th!. The restaurant food was delicious, we would definitely go back!

Stayed in a balcony suite 2 nights ....room it's self was lovely clean spacious.... would of liked cushions on sofa and maybe a throw aswell would of been a bit more homely less waiting area. Also felt balcony was lacking a chair at least .. staff were lovely bailey on bar is a great cosmo maker girl on reception v helpful aswell sorry didn't catch her name stayed 22nd 23rd of Dec.
