Reception welcome, friendly staff, attention to detail in the room, luxurious touches such as body lotion, conditioner, biscuits, robes and slippers... modern light and curtain and heating and door indications controls. Glad to have an elevator with our large suitcases and the room was freshly made up for us again the next day. Beautifully appointed and clean. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. It met our needs perfectly.

From the moment we checked in, to the breakfast staff, housekeeping staff even staff walking past all extremely professional and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional huge choice and very high quality even had freshly squeezed orange juice. The room was spotless and had every amentiy. Nice touch to be able to open a window. The location was excellent. 10/10.

The location is fantastic; extremely handy for the DART station, the town and the sea. The studios are ingeniously constructed, with astonishing amounts of storage, the communal kitchens are also well-equipped and spacious, and the roof terrace has stunning views. The staff are very helpful.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had a three bedroom apartment, which was perfect to give two teenagers a room of their own. The location was convenient to a lot of destinations, but not in a tourist location which made it a nice and quiet locale. Laundry facilities were available, which was nice to have, as was the small apartment kitchen that had basic utensils.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist were so friendly and helpful. We were able to go to our room before attending show in Bord gais energy theatre. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful. The check out time of 12 o clock gave us time for a walk before checking out.

We had a lovely, spacious room with a view across Dublin Bay. Breakfast was very good although my 5 year-old grand daughter was a bit disappointed that it wasn't possible to have pancakes! The location was perfect within easy walking distance of Dalkey. The swimming pool was great!

Beautiful and spacious accommodations for a group of 4 friends. Many hotels in the area don't allow 4 adults in one hotel room so this 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Also the beds were a king and a queen rather than the double beds in many other places. Even had robes for use and a great view (top floor). Airport shuttle was quick and on time. Will absolutely stay there again if ever back in Dublin.

Great location - 2 mins to Spar shop, Wetherspoons pub and lots of nice eating places around the canal. Could get anywhere in the city in 20-30min walk. Lovely apartment - spacious, large living room with balcony and large kitchen and dining room, comfortable bedrooms - perfect for a family of 7. Everyone was very helpful and friendly at City Apartments, thanks!

Lovely spacious room, so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everyone we spoke to at Reception was friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. Great breakfast and a lovely room to eat it in, food in the restaurant was fabulous, and it was a beautiful room with a great atmosphere. Easy to walk to the city centre, a great location. All in all a wonderful place to stay!

When we arrived we were shown to our room which when we booked was a twin but was upgraded to the family room which was a beautiful room, bed was comfortable, room was warm and had all the facilities that you could ask for

The hotel was fresh and bright, felt really welcoming and the staff were lovely! Our room unfortunately wasn’t available so we were upgraded to a room with a view which was lovely! It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!
