Great shower and fabulous bathroom. We loved this hotel. Oh and the parking garage was so clean and easy to access.

Excellent location right next to the train station. At the check-in, we got an upgrade of the room with a spacious terrace. The hotel offers complimentary aperitif/welcome drink which is really nice. The property is well maintained and clean.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, our room was spacious and super clean! The breakfast was amazing each morning and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the little touches in the room such as having two suitcase racks and enough hooks to hang several pieces of clothing on as well as a wardrobe. We were lucky enough to have a room with access to a near private terrace with lake glimpses - so charming!

The location of the hotel is really good and it is just walking distance to the lake. It is not so noisy compared to other cities around the lake area but still quite convenient to visit many sightseeing places by car .Our room is clean, spacious and with a balcony with nice view of the mountains. We really love it.

It’s a nice location, near the old town, which staff should tell guests more about. The view is superb. The young man working at the pool bar is superb, but needs to play better music. I gave him my hotels playlist ebb-Dunedin on Spotify and he played that on our last day, a huge improvement on your music selection. Guests loved it.
We think considering we stayed for five nights that you should have upgraded our room, or at least a room with a view of the lake. The shower is too small but good water pressure.

Spacious apartment with excellent location, right in the city center, very close to supermarkets, cafes, outlets and shops. It has everything for super comfortable stay - big kitchen with all the necessary tools, balcony with great view, comfortable bedrooms. The host is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The view is beautiful and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Fábio is a nice host who was great at helping us find a good place to park the car, he even helped us carry our heavy luggage. Our room was spacious and our balcony had a beautiful view of the lake. The villa is in a beautiful location with a beautiful garden. Breakfast was good. I can recommend this place if you like peace and quiet.

The best decision to stay here the day before our flight. What a retreat it was, gorgeous pool, lovely estate and our room 214 was magnificent. Spacious and beautifully newly renovated, I think we might have been upgraded.
Travelling can be stressful in the heat of summer, but it is worth relaxing before your flight so you're well rested and ready to continue.
Shuttle is a godsend, but you must call once you land to notify you're ready for them. Also breakfast starts 5am, so early 7am flights are possible.

Excellent terrace where we ate all our meals with a view of mountains and lake. Always some shade available. The kitchen was very well equipped. The property is a typical 70's style Italian residence. Spacious bedroom sitting room and kitchen. Bath with shower. Parking adequate. Very peaceful.

After spending many weeks touring Europe, this is by far the nicest place we have stayed.
The apartment is spacious, with two good sized bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, dining / living room and bathroom.
It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
The view from the balcony was just stunning, overlooking the lake (and worth the short steep climb from the ferry).
Restaurants and ferry jetty close by.
Truly exceptional!

The location was perfect, 2 minutes walk to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. Staff were fantastic and really helpful. There is a roof top terrace to relax, plus we had a lovely balcony off our room. Air conditioning. Breakfast was generous with plenty of options

Good location, despite the fact it is further away from a center, there is a Metro 3 line, Porto di Mare station couple of minutes away.
We stayed in a spacious family room, air conditioned, two separate bedrooms, comfortable beds - all was clean and tidy, though the room already required a renovation due to the old furniture, materials.
Breakfast was rich enough (stayed for only 1 night), offering both sweet and regular European buffet breakfast (incl. freshly squeezed orange juice).
Reception front desk is competent, polite and hospitable.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, room was very spacious and had everything you needed for your stay. Extraordinary view from our room, especially out on the balcony. The location was beautiful, and was easy to get too. Hosts were extremely accommodating and instructions for the property were straight forward, very friendly, lovely hosts that were on hand if you needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back very soon! (we also loved the visit from the very friendly cat who came for a chat and fuss)

We only stayed for one night and we had an enjoyable stay. Lossa (I hope I got her name right), greeted us warmly and assisted us during our check-in. She was very nice and accomodating.
Our room was located on another building but it was okay. The room was clean and spacious enough and it has a balcony.with a nice view.
