Everything was perfect, specially staff who were very respectful, welcoming and professional. i will definitely repeat my visit

Staff was amazing and very helpful. The cabin has everything needed to prepare meals, the air conditioning/heating system works well, and, the hot water in the shower was a bless during our May vacation. The best is the view, it's by the lake, we truly enjoyed the days we were there. Reading the other reviews, we knew there would be noise due to the train/road nearby. Location is also good, with easy access to the train station nearby. We would definitely would stay here again when visiting the region.

This charming townhouse is hosted by the exceptionally helpful Christiana, whose warm hospitality immediately makes you feel at home. The room was generously sized, complemented by a spacious bathroom, and maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight—offering a wide and thoughtfully prepared selection, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes.

Location was good and cleanliness was acceptable. Furniture was very basic but acceptable for a short stay.

Small, family run hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, near the waterfront and an easy walk from the train station. If I come back to Lecco I'll stay here again.

Breakfast was tasty and had good hours. This is the time when we were able to talk to the owner/manager. He is very friendly and helpful, plus his English is very good. He gave very good advice and is knowledgeable about the area. Price was good for that area.

The building itself was really nice, more traditional looking, but with well-equipped rooms and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Check-in was flexible and with very good instructions.

Location is perfect so near to city center and the train station also. My room was very clean and well prepared and its size is so big and bathroom is also big and very clean, i feel very comfortable and relaxed. Owner cute lady Maria accompanied me to show all the details about room, please dont't forget to take notes for the codes of elevator and your room. I didn't noticed the elevator has a different code, so unfortunately i disturbed her late night but she returned my request quickly and helped me at that moment. I highly recommend the property with its location and highly clean and comfortable size room.

- The location was within 10 minutes walking of the train station and from CONAD (supermarket), and about 13 minutes walking from the lake, so fairly convenient. - The apartment is incredibly spacious - The kitchen is adequately furnished and supplied with utensils (could use a dish rack though) - Really liked that multiple bins were provided so that you could separate your trash (plus for being eco-friendly) - The host was very nice in providing us directions on how to access the apartment beforehand and also suggested multiple eating places (we didn't get a chance to try them, but we did get Rossopomodoro through Glovo which was delicious) - Two tower fans are provided in the apartment for when the hot period is on - Washing machine, fan, iron, small ironing table, fridge are provided all in good condition - Shower gel, soap, sufficient toilet paper were also provided

Location was absolutely perfect. Great beds & A/C, amazing value. Host was super cooperative and was very helpful. Speaks English.
