JapanExcellent staff. The person at the reception is awesome! Place is super clean. The locallity is amazing. Comfortable and cozy place. The common areas and bathroom are exceptionally clean. Everyone has enough bathrooms even though shared bathroom place. Facilities they are provide are very good. I will definitely recommend everyone choose this place if you get a chance. Especially if family of 4 then get the family room. Very close to public transportation.

This charming ryokan is has a great bath overlooking the river along with a few others that change between men and women throughout the day. The rooms are spacious, and the futons are very comfortable. Both the dinner and breakfast were great and overlooked the ryokan's inner garden so make sure to get there early to get a window seat.

Breakfast were great and bathroom was very spacious for Japan. I liked the onsen a lot. Would preffer some.milk machine when leaving onsen but the vending machine was also okay.

A pleasant traditional ski lodge feel. Rooms are small, but adequate and the facilities are spotless. Breakfast and dinner were tasty. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Staffs were friendly from car park to reception. Seems the hotel has been renovated. Only some part like bathroom that we can see its aging. I would give it a just about 5 star. The facilities were exceptional. We got a really big room with breakfast for a very good price. The breakfast was very impressive also.

The room and the hotel are very clean. Our room is very big and comfort. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Nice spa (inside and outside) but we prefer the outside.

Lovely staff who tried their best to accommodate me. The room was spacious with a big screen and aircon. Ofuro was available, which was a nice surprise as almost everywhere I went the bath was never in use.

I like my own room, it had a heater that worked really well and an airconditioner. It also had a table with a study lamp, a mirror, a huge cabinet/shelf, hangers, and some tissue.
The bed was very very soft. The room was clean. The room was very spacious, a lot of grounds to move around and unpack.
The toilet was nice and clean. The bathroom had a washing machine with detergent. There was also shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom. Cotton swabs and tissue were also provided as well as my own towel.

The resort has a “grand” feeling about it!
The beds were very comfortable.
The room had a lovely view of the lake.
The staff were courteous and attentive.
All you can eat dinner and breakfast with a LOT of variety.
Coffee shop and gift shop available.
Lovely inside and outside onsen baths.

Make no mistake; this is a proper love hotel. If you have any issues with this, maybe this isn't for you. As for me though, this place was excellent!
You get your own little parking spot outside your room for privacy. In my case, I had the sweetest staff member show me around and assist me with the payment system.
The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, the bubble bath was the best, and I didn't hear anything from other rooms. For the price, this is the best room you could ask for!
