I think that this is probably THE best spot in Lofoten to rent a rorbuer. The view is off the hook!

We ended up being upgraded to a waterfront cabin but regardless of where you stay in Reine the scenery there is absolutely gorgeous. We even caught the aurora!

Lofoten Rorbuer is located in Svolvær and offers barbecue facilities. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace.

Many of the reviews I saw on this property commented on how good the staff were. They are right. My many thanks to Linn-Sofie, Inger and Sara, This is not in the town centre but in my view was in a good location. It was close to the best mountain hike in town and the long distance buses stop right outside. The car charger was also very handy. The rooms and the facilities were the best I have experienced in the 2 I have been in Europe.

Henningsvær Guesthouse has accommodations in Henningsvær. At the hotel, rooms come with a desk.

Amazing staff. Adorable guesthouse. We had to depart early before breakfast and the incredibly kind staff packed us the most amazing breakfast to go.

We stayed in a two-bedroom cottage with sea view for 2 nights in mid Sept 24. The cabin was cozy with lots of space to cook and relax. Despite the autumn storm and rain, the view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was good with an incredible selection of food. As we have to leave very early the next morning, the manager was so kind to pack some breakfast boxes for us the night before. We strongly recommend to everyone.
