I was lucky to be upgraded to a lovely room. It was quite noisy as it faced onto the street outside and I could hear the bin men late but the room itself was very spacious, clean, huge comfy bed too. great central location to get to many places in Lisbon city. Short walk to the train station too. Lovely cocktails and we had a breakfast and a dinner there, both were delicious.

Our room is an executive one bed apartment, the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom are clean and spacious, the bathroom is particularly clean and airy, it got dual sinks! The breakfast is served at our apartment, it’s continental breakfast but food is more than enough! Ana is very helpful and informative, she advised us many tips to travel around the city.

We absolutely loved our stay at Haws Lisboa. We rented the 2 penthouse apartments and they were so spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The terrace was lovely downstairs. Right next door to a Lidl so very handy for food shopping. Would give 11/10 stars if we could. Thank you very much!

The apartment was spotless, great kitchen plus the host was very attentive. The location was fantastic with the #28 tram going straight past the door.
The terrace off the kitchen and bedroom was a great addition and added more space to the overall already spacious apartment.
We loved our stay.

Great hotel with nice and clean hotel rooms. AC was working, so since there were 30 degrees outside, it felt nice walking into our room. Breakfast was really good, especially because you could order almost anything you want from the kitchen, but also the food at the buffet was good. But the main thing was the rooftop terrace with the pool, really nice hanging out there.

Beautiful spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very clean. Beautiful indoor pool and spa facilities. Lovely roof top terrace and pool with great views [though pool a bit on the cold side]. Excellent breakfast, staff super friendly and helpful. Nice bar with river view, great food and drinks. Great location in Belem, close to a lot of monuments and museums and 40 minutes by tram to centre of Lisbon. Overall a very relaxing stay and hotel highly recommended. A true 5 star experience.

I like our room, the bed and the balcony. Location was also very nice, we could reached the center easy by subway or just walking. There is a good terrace with tables and chairs. The kitchen has everything you need. We share the bathroom only with one another room and it was always available.

We had a great stay in Ritz and Freud guest house. Our room had a little balcony which was a lovely surprise for us, we had beautiful views of nearby streets and the old tram network going past below us.
Obviously, this is not the most premium, luxury hotel room in the whole of Lisbon but I think its excellent value for money. We stayed for three days and they were very comfortable.

The location was great, and the view from our terrace was perfect. As we had a higher room category, the rooms were spacious as well. Mr. Esaú from the front office was the only person who tried helping us when I had an important meeting online from my room, and there was crane work next to the hotel and the knocking was unbearable. He even tried giving me a different room for the meeting.

Fantastic small apartment - nicely equipped, close to many of the tourist sights in the centre of Lisbon. The apartment features a kitchen, bedroom, comfortable living room and a small terrace. This, plus the 'juliet' balcony afforded great views over the rood tops.
