Quiet, great location, really good options for breakfast, fruit, water, coffee, tea and snacks available all day/night, comfortable bed, good tv, clean and nice room, and most of all the staff were all helpful and kind!!! SingaporeHighly recommend this hotel, rooms were a good sized, we opt for the premium room. Interior was new and nicely decorated. For families, you'd love that they have a kids club- which was well maintained and HUGE. Service was lovely, they allowed a late check out and very kindly helped us with a car transfer to the hotel. Only did 1 night in this hotel, but would love to return!

AustraliaThis was a little oasis on our busy holiday. To come home and just relax by the pool was simply beautiful. Less the 10mins from the airport but we hardly heard a thing. The staff were very attentive and helped us with anything we needed and the rooms were spacious and well maintained.

The most comfortable bed, the room decor with the pitched ceiling and timber detail as well as the view of the mountains from the balcony. My room was on the top floor in the building set back from the road so it was very quiet at night. A little oasis in the middle of the Old City.

Beautiful room in a great setting and location. Easy walk from the bus station and about 10-15 minute walk from Phayao Lake. Small shops nearby as well as a quick walk to 7-Eleven, restaurants, and bars. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you would need. We liked that the room had its own individual seating area on the porch. The owner and staff are super friendly and made us feel at home. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The location was great- close to all the main bars and restaurants.
The staff were very attentive and helped to lift my heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs to my room as I had injured my ankle a couple of days previous.
Our group of 4 had plenty of space in the room- the bunk beds were spacious and the double bed was large. Really good pillows.
The bathroom was the biggest bathroom we had seen- it had a bath tub and hand washing was outside the bathroom - a quirky set up but we loved it.

We loved the location- perfect for bag packers looking to be close to all the bars and restaurants.
The staff were very helpful and helped us with our heavy bag packs upon arrival.
There is a lift so we didn't have to worry about hauling large bagpacks up and down the stairs.
We travelled as a group of 4 friends and we had a family suite and both rooms were exceptional. So much space in both bedrooms, and a communal area in the middle that had a tv and balcony.
The bathrooms were large and had good lighting

We loved the peaceful vibe, stunning aesthetic and lovely staff here. It is a beautiful hotel! The family room with onsen was spectacular, spacious and well appointed. A little out of town but we didn’t mind the 15 mins to Nimman and 25 mins to Old City as it was nice to be tucked away. Would definitely return!

Great location, lovely friendly and helpful staff. Our room had an odd lay out- for example our double bed only had a bedside table on one side. The mirror in the bedroom was behind the door so very impractical to sit and blow dry hair/ put on make up. We had a family room so this might not be the case for all room types.
Would recommend the hotel as in great location which was quiet and plenty of restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

I loved the old world elegance. Our room was beautiful with a balcony. The pool was fantastic and very quiet. Each morning we had a delicious breakfast. The rides to town in the vintage Mercedes were a highlight too.

The view from the main bedroom, from there, we were able to see squirrels jumping around.

The shower boxes have curtains to avoid splashing water all around the bathroom floors.

Friendly and kind staff, friendly cats at the reception. Good location, close to city center and night market. You can order breakfast the day before for a good price. Room and bathroom was spacious with a big table, night lamp, AC, fan, nice common balcony with a view of banana palmtrees and sunset. 2 bottles of water provided everyday. Smooth motorbike rent.
