The rooms have an AC, big bathroom and the cleaning service is on point. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
There’s a bar and a restaurant in the venue. You can rent a scouter from the garage next to the hotel (15 meters away from the main entrance of the hotel).

From the quality of the linens to the evening tea to the app available for convenient ordering, everything was excellent. We planned on exploring Koh Samui but this property with minimalistic and bohemian interiors and a private beach had everything you could ever ask for from a tropical beach retreat. SwitzerlandThey have the most beautiful beach and an amazing eco concept. The restaurant had great seafood bbq. The staff was happy to help every step of the way from organizing transport to arranging ferrys and tours.
The bungalows have a great architecture and enough space. And even they had s.u.p and kayak for rent! Thank you for an amazing stay, I hope to return with more friends.

Everything in this hotel was amazing! We booked 2-bedrooms beachfront villa with a pool. It was very spacious and clean and the view from the room was just stunning! We could observe sunset while sitting on the terrace. Private pool was big and the kids spent there majority of the time.
The room was cleaned every day, and the staff in the hotel was very kind and helpful.
Everything looked even better in reality than on pictures.
I recommend this hotel to everyone. We will surely be back here one day!

Ocean pool villa is a must stay when booking here! The pool and ocean views are incredible and you can pop down to the beach anytime for a swim. The aircon was great and the bar fridge kept drinks very cold. Bathroom and bedroom in villa very spacious. The lovely cleaners made our room up everyday and replaced x3 large water bottles as well. Breakfast was average!

We had the most wonderful stay at Phannarai House. Golf was a perfect host , so helpful going above and beyond to make our stay and transfers as easy as possible. Our room was so spacious and comfortable with a great roof terrace to sit in the evenings and the pool was lovely. Great location by so many cafes and drinks places and only a short walk to the beach. Couldn't recommend enough.

The room was exactly as described and the views from our balcony were spectacular. We received a great welcome and as it was our anniversary, they had decorated our bedroom very nicely! We also did a private beach dinner which was fantastic, food was delicious and make a very special evening for us. Our room was a little bit away from the main area so the golf cart pickup was greatly appreciated! There were free kayak and paddle boards on offer at the beach were great. We used the speedboat transfer both ways and worked out great for us.

Staff is absolutely amazing! Helpful, humble and always greeting you with a smile. The hotel room was clean, spacious and came with free coffee, kettle, toaster and smart-tv. Schampoo and shower gel was refilled every day. Very good location and close to everything - beach, restaurants, night market and beach. Lovely mountain view from the balcony. Loved the place so much we decided to extend our stay for another few nights!

Comfortable room with a balcony and very nice pool with scenic views! Bigger resort than we expected so quite a walk to our hotel room from the reception - they have a buggie that sometimes takes you up the hill (it can be hilly and depending where your roomIs, crosses a busy road). It had a well equipped gym with a lovely view of the sunset, however you did have to pay to use it… 150 thb per use. It also has a shop on the resort which was useful!

The Villas are amazing, you can feel the love to detail put into them, they are so unique. The whole villa was a lot more spacious than we thought and the bathrooms were huge. The pool is refreshing. We had a 2 bedroom Villa and the pictures do not do them justice, it's like you have 2 separate hotel rooms, they are both fitted with all the amenities you could need. They bring you breakfast to the villa, which we enjoyed.
I can really recommend the Villas, we loved it here!

We were upgraded to an ocean view suite and it was very spacious, had a great balcony and amazing sea views. The receptionist had the biggest smile and was so helpful with everything we needed, as were all the staff. The hotel had a couple of kayaks for guests to use. It’s was really quiet when we stayed here, nice to be away from busy roads and hustle and bustle of resorts

It's on a quiet beach and in walking distance are other restaurants, massage studios and a small shop. After the upgrade we got a deluxe pool room which was very nice actually: spacious, big bed, good AC, nice terrace.

Comfortable one night stay in Koh Tao. The staff helped us with our backpacks up to our room. Our room was on the second floor along an open air corridor. The room was spacious and clean, towels folded in the shape of elephants, a small balcony handy for drying wet swimming stuff and a good sized wet room style bathroom. We had breakfast included which was a good portion size for a western style breakfast in Thailand.

We were upgraded to the family room with private bathroom as the air con was not working in the tent where we were supposed to stay. The bedroom was amazing, a lot of space and comfort. Views are stunning and the staff was really helpful, helping us to book tours and shuttle services.

Unbeatable location just across from the beach, but in a very quiet garden. Our room was very spacious and had a nice balcony. The beds are comfortable and bathroom clean. Drinking water was restocked every day in the room as well as the beach towels.

The room was really spacious, clean and had a really lovely balcony with hammock. The view was amazing from our room. The bathroom was also great in general with a great shower. The food was also very good and fresh. Although there was no AC the fan worked really well and kept us cold.
