It’s perfect, simply perfect. The atmosphere is impeccable, the food is amazing, the staff is great. I would go to Aizuwakamatsu by the very troubled winter transport again to stay in this hotel.

The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. Onsens were excellent. In general we enjoyed our stay here.

Our family room was wonderful! Everything was top-notch at Onyado Toho, not to mention the extraordinary service.
