Honestly it could not be any more picturesque. The view from the balcony was inspirational. The distance from the local Bazaar was laughably close by and so was the Castle as it sits above the Bazaar. 10 out of 10 expierence.

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, Evi made us feel welcome straight away and got us checked in as soon as possible when we arrived earlier than expected, which was great! Thank you Well equipped, did not use the food making facilities but there was a toastie maker There was a fridge to store food and drinks in The whole room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable Modern apartment block

Breakfast was amazing, traditional Albanian, with lots of choice and very good coffee. The owners were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us with the unexpected requirement of needing to get our boarding passes printed. The Guesthouse is a traditional Gjirokastra property, with a lovely private courtyard and garden in a quiet spot, but really well located for the Bazaar and the castle (about 5 mins uphill) There is parking just above the guesthouse on the road, which was very convenient.

Great communication with the owner. Huge comfortable apartment. Easy access to Castle and the sights. Also, just a few steps from the bus station. Beautiful countryside and a very pleasant stay. I would definitely rent here again.

We often would like to hide gems, but this one deserves to be revealed. A beautiful house in an enchanting setting with a view of the castle, right in the historic center. Spacious, zen rooms with beautiful wooden floors. A very well-equipped kitchen. A spacious exterior, with even a second terrace above. It is possible to park your car in front of the house. And above all, a very warm and available welcome, with delicious homemade fruits, water, and coffee. Thank you very much. Everything was perfect!

Small, clean, nice hostel with a 6 people dorm and two private rooms (2 and 4 people). I paid 11 euros /bed/night. Good location, like 5 minutes walking from the old city of Gjirokaster and 15 minutes to the new town and the bus station. Good kitchen. Big and good bathroom. Friendly staff. Thank you so much for your understanding of people's needs. Good AC. Which is a must on mid July because of the extreme heat.

The host gave us a warm welcome. The location was really good, very close to the bazaar and castle. The house had plenty of room for a family of five. The host even prepared an extra bed. There was a small kitchen where we made breakfast. There was a private garage for parking our car.

The apartment was very big and complete, with kitchen, bathroom and living room. There was netflix avalaible. The owner was really kind with us and you can park there. There is a filter, so you can drink water from the tap. We really liked the apartament and recommend hosting there!

Very clean apartment and bigger than expected. It was very cool inside and the bedroom had an airconditioning and blinds so you could make it very dark. Bathroom was clean and nice with a comfortable kitchen. Also an amazing location - around a 15 minute walk from the bazaar and around 30 minutes to the castle! The host was super kind as well.
