Location is beautiful and quiet. Property is new, clean and spacious.

Went to see the Formula 1 race in Spielberg. Never been there before , and I wanted to have a great experience for me and my son. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The food was out of this world and plenty of it. The staff was great and very friendly.

The host was so nice and let us staying longer in the check out day. We could leave at 2pm. I love the place, you can ski right into the house.

The place is beautiful, it has a good view into the landscape, cozy, clean.

I've been travelling the world for 20 years and this is easily one of the Top 3 properties I have ever been to. Thomas & Karin are the nicest people you could meet. I asked if they had iron which wasn't present at the property when we arrived. That is understandable, as this is a mountain resort and you could hardly expect that anyone would want one. However, they delivered iron within the first day! The house is absolutely stunning. It is easy to see that they have spend their hearts and souls into rennovating it. The amount of tech and clever ideas was sensational. The cleanliness was exceptional. The property itself is a gem and the outside shower is peak experience. But forget about the property itself - the whole trip was an experience which Thomas & Karin created. Do NOT miss this opportunity and you will remember it fondly for a lot of time. We were two people on a work trip for the Formula 1 race in the Red Bull Ring. The roads to the track are brilliant and because of the location, this has to be the fastest route to the track (~30-40 mins even on race day). I am looking forward to spending time with my family there during the winter. Thank you for the amazing stay, dear Thomas & Karin!
