The room was perfect, the lounge area was well laid out and practical. the desk was just the right size whith a loam and wireless charger built in. The bedroom wasn't big but perfectly usable and a really comfortable bed. the bathroom was also very well laid out maximising space, The room was really clean and everything was perfectly in its place. nothing was spared in making the guests feel comfortable. One of the Best I've stayed at in a very long time. Thank you

Super comfy, the swimming pool is amazing, the staff with very nice and helpful. Very close to the main activity and city centre.

Location so central and the room was just exceptional (clean and comfortable).

Modern, comfortable and great location

Excellent value for money. Large room with comfortable couch, well appointed kitchen, spa bath and shower..... all for $125 on a Friday night. I haven't seen value like this since pre 2019. And outside the hotel entrance is a fabulous pub .

Very convenient location - it was only a few minutes drive to Ballarat central, it was surprisingly quiet considering it was just off a major thoroughfare too! The check in and check out was easy and smooth, we had to leave very early the following day and it was a simple case of drop the key card off in the box on the way out. Plenty of room for my family, beds were comfy, no complaints at all! Did exactly what we wanted the room to do.

Location was brilliant - close to everything we needed. We had a change of plans and the staff were extremely accommodating with our requests and their assistance.

I liked the friendly staff, clean and modern cabin, and facilities for my family to access at the park.

Lovely apartment with a beautifully stocked and equipped kitchen—it was so nice to have salt, pepper, olive oil, peanut butter, jam, oatmeal, biscuits, coffee, tea, and milk. Those items make life much easier when traveling. I also loved the cookbooks in the kitchen and ended up ordering one online so I could have it when I get home! Bed was warm and comfortable, shower was great, and it was nice to have a washer—when you are on the road for many weeks, a clothes washer in the apartment is a gem. Loved the newspapers on the wall—stepped back in time while I read them. 😊 Plenty of on-street parking.

Place was Extremely clean . We loved the design and look of the house. Everything looked really new. The beds were clean and comfy. the house had good heating on the beds and there were even electric blankets. Loved the place and 100 percent stay again. And it's close to ballarat Central so makes it easy to travel to the shops.

Location and ease of access. Carparking is also very easy once you know where to go.

Charming property on the edge of the city. Lovely gardens and access to off-property trails. Quiet! Well equipped and comfortable cottage. Always great when a host provides basics, milk, tea, coffee, cooking oils etc. Used both A/C and heat, both effective. Wood burning stove with extra logs for cozy atmosphere. Hosts were very helpful and great communicators.
