Evelyn was so gracious. Fresh baked bread, homemade granola, plum jelly and honey- all local to her place. Beautiful setting with loads of fruit trees, herbs and flowers. Room was large and spacious. Everything was immaculately cleaned and well decorated. Best night sleep too!

The property was absolutely charming. The property has multiple units. we had a lovely place with two floors. Large bedroom upstairs, a nice kitchen, bathroom and seating area on the ground floor. Also a shared space with the other units in the courtyard with a table and chairs. As a bonus, we also used additional seats in the wonderful garden area. Fortunately, both AC and streaming netflix via chrome cast was working well, so we also enjoyed a day inside when it was scortching hot outside on Christmas day. Lovely property, close to Barossa valley vinyards. We will certainly come back when we are back in the area.

Accommodation was excellent, waking up to Kookaburra's made a change from what we where used to living in the Bush ourselves. Layout was excellent and ideal for a young family.

Birdwood Motel was a beautiful place to stay during our time driving around the Adelaide Hills. The room had everything we needed, was modern, clean and had a lovely country touch. We bought food at the supermarket across the road and had a relaxing night in enjoying the spa.

Pretty stone cottage carefully and tastefully restored with very comfortable furnishings. Two living rooms; one formal with wood heater would be great on winter nights. The back living room has a pretty outlook towards the vines and the beautiful trees on the property. Outdoor seating area under a vine covered pergola. Complimentary wine and delicious pasta which we ate on our first night. Very private and quiet. We were there on Good Friday so very little was open but the house was so pleasant we did not mind spending more time there. Dorham was very attentive to our needs and an excellent communicator. We would love to come back but it's a long way from home.

The Barossa Cottages are in a great location not too far from a number of Barossa Valley towns. The Stables provided 2 large queen bedrooms, a large bathroom (with an excellent shower) & kitchen/lounge/dining area. We didn't get to use the wood fire but it would be lovely & cosy in Winter. The outside area was lovely too. A nice spot to sit outside & enjoy the sun & some Barossa Valley wine!

We loved the peace and tranquility. The view and outlook was just lovely. Inside, we were kept cosy and warm in front of the fireplace. (We were welcomed by a roaring fire which the owners had already started for us. They left us to it and we had lots of privacy which we loved!) A well equipped kitchen and a lovely big bathroom were also a highlight!
