Self-Catering Accommodations in Varna City

The staff was the first great impression of the place. Mihail and Simeon were running around the place ruining what seemed to be the whole hotel without missing a beat! Got a nice upgrade along with my friends I can with and the service was fantastic during our stay. The location was also perfect just between the old town in Varna and the cool beach clubs just north of the Hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Summertime in Varna South Bay Beach Residence! The two-bedroom apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the necessities were thoughtfully provided, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The view was simply wonderful — waking up and enjoying the scenery every day was one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment was also very cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service and overall experience: the staff was helpful and friendly; the property was exceptionally clean; modern interior and exterior; nicely furnished and comfortable. The beds were great, so was the view. Private parking was provided at no additional charge, which was really convenient and very rare in this part of the city. The location of the property was great for our needs (health and welfare related visit)

The easy check-in was a plus after a long trip. The balcony was pleasant in the evening, and I loved sipping tea there. It was quiet at night, the bed was comfortable, and the Netflix access was a sweet bonus. Felt homey and welcoming.

Very good location in Varna, safe area, you will find in the apartment everything you need. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Dear Prestige team, thank you very much for helping us with the early check-in!

The location is absolutely perfect, actually! A short walking distance to the beach and downtown. And such a cute area where the apartment is located.

We loved our apartment and had a great stay; apartment itself very light and spacious, fab view over the sea and city; 2 balconies; fully equipped and very convenient kitchen, comfy beds, very clean and comfortable; friendly and flexible hosts; nice pool and beach nearby.

It had a full kitchen with a micro wave for heating up leftovers. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The apartment was spacious and had an excellent location in a quiet locals neighborhood that was just a few minutes from both the beach and downtown. morning sun through the 3 big windows was wonderful.

So, just want to get a couple things straight before reviewing. This place, while I was there, was being run by the ACTUAL owner who speaks very good English and has travelled quite a bit. She is cordial and obviously knows the ins and outs of her own hostel (her house is within the property) and the area. Very willing to answer any queries and chat. But obviously I can’t say what it would be like if she wasn’t there or if the place was at capacity. I can’t speak for other times of the year, but for the days I spent there, it was really nice. There is a brand new bathroom, kitchen unit and a nice leisure upper-space where you can chillout and have a glimpse of the Black Sea. The bathroom and shower are across (the lower leisure area) from the actual rooms, but really, if you are a true hosteller and adventure traveller with even a modicum of adaptation skills, this shouldn’t be a problem. If you want the Carlton Ritz, then pay for it! The price of this hostel is commensurate with the Bulgarian lifestyle and is fair. The hostel is nestled in a small suburb of Varna so if you don’t like being “off” in a quieter place, maybe this isn’t for you! Also if you have been known to have skewed and unreasonable expectations in life, this is not for you. The area is quaint with a couple decent restaurants (cash only), a central grocery store (all the necessities and takes cards) and the sea all within walking distance. Also a couple really nice walking paths, a lighthouse and bakeries. All things considered, I give it a 10. Thanks to R., the little ticket-taker and Moritz!

I loved everything about this place! I was originally in an awful hostel with no air conditioning. So when I booked this very last minute, I got confirmation immediately and the room was ready quickly. I was soooo happy to stay here. Super central but quiet in a courtyard. AIR CONDITIONING!! Lovely clean quiet space, separate bathroom and the kitchen had the essentials I needed. Communication with the hosts was great, they replied super quickly to my questions and they let me store my luggage downstairs after checkout. Highly recommend Bolero!

The property operator has considered all of the details. Quality of beds, Netflix, esthetics, etc. So many hotels just care about putting in the amenities, but here they actually care if the amenities are of quality, and thought is given about detail and design.

Location! Right on the beach. Amazing view. We had everything we needed for a family of four. Convenient elevator access and minimal stairs for those traveling with kids/elderly. The beach is small, but enough space for everyone. There were always some sunbeds available. Short walk to the public transportation.

The location to the airport it was very close,about 5 min with the car. The all apartment was great, near to gaz station, coffee and snacks, the host was very kind and warm welcome,he respond to my reservation right way and I got the key in less than 15 min. and great value to stay in Varna.

Very good location, near the center. Many shops and restaurants around. The apartment is finished with modern design. Full kitchen and washing machine. Nice dayroom. The owner is friendly. Well organized access. For me was very good money for value.
