Self-Catering Accommodations in San Pedro

We had an excellent at Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection. We originally booked a garden view suite, and during our stay there was an issue that came up, but the way the hotel handled the situation truly impressed us. The general manager, Rashid, was extremely professional, understanding, and attentive. He made sure everything was taken care of and upgraded my family and me to an ocean view suite to make up for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated. The staff throughout the resort were excellent friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was also very good. Shakira at breakfast was excellent! She made our pancakes delicious!!Overall, the customer service and hospitality stood out the most and made our experience memorable. Thank you to Rashid and the entire team for turning the situation around and making our stay enjoyable.

This place was amazing, 5 star service every day, beautiful location, quiet and relaxing, every member of the staff greeted you each day with a smile and would go above and beyond to make sure you had the best vacation possible. Honestly one of my favorite spots

I stayed here on a solo trip for 10 days and from the very first minute, everyone made me feel at home. I happened to arrive on a Monday when the locals host Trivia night, so it was a great chance to meet other people (not just other travelers, but a lot of locals hang out at the bar/restaurant). Glenn at the bar was amazing. I wanted a relaxed vacation and it's exactly what I got. Also, the food at the restaurant is fenomenal! Go for the full lobster, you won't regret it! The beach was clean, they have a team clearing up the seaweed before sunrise. Speaking of sunrise, I got up at 6am every morning to watch the sunrise at the beach, and the hotel has the coffee out ready for you to drink it as you rise. I honestly can't wait to come back, it was the home away from home!

I loved this resort! I'm so happy we found it and Raquel made us feel right at all. The entire staff was great to be honest. When we walked in my god child screamed, "This is as big a house." The AC stood out the most to me. I've been to island and often times the place wouldn't get cold enough but when we walked in I was punched in the face by the draft of Alaska, just as I like it. The pool was phenomenal. Had I not dragged the girls out, they wouldn't have done anything else. Everyday our room was cleaned before we got back. If you know how to kayak, paddle board or wind surf it is all available to you for FREE. You're also in close proximity to secret beach and I'd much rather have a shorter drive to Secret Beach than to the city because the road to the city is easier.

Room very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Even had paper Towels which I find a lot of places in central and South America don’t provide. The owners were friendly and super helpful. I had a food tour and didn’t set my alarm correctly so I was running late. The owner asked one of the staff to drive me to my destination. You can rent a half cart from the owners. Most people do rent but walking into town was easy . I walked most of the time.

The location, the resort, the staff, the pools and our room were all excellent.

Excellent value! Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and clean. We had a kitchenette which was great for eating some meals in. The grounds are clean and d well kept. Jose and his wife very friendly!

Location is great! Super clean and has everything you need - kitchen, bathtub! Ac In bedroom and living room! Drying rack for each unit outside! Coffee, filters, cream and sugar to start out. Services to bring in more water but some is free for the first day or so. The staff is super friendly and helps in anyway they can! I would stay here in a heartbeat. They also sell units, so some of the units are owner occupied.

Perfect location for our diving vacation. Manuel, the property manager, was exceptional in making our stay very low maintenance. Great arrangements for airport transfer, good recommendations for restaurants, and even arranged a delivery for a golf cart to our unit for our explore adventure day. Beautiful view from our suite and easy walking distance to everything San Pedro has to offer. Suite was large and had great kitchen facilities.

Loved the suite we got. It had all we needed and more. Kayak, Sup, snorkling, club car, great internet, full kitchen up to the small detail it's all there no extra pay needed. Had best weekend in a long trip.

the convenience of the location. close restaurants, grocery store, distance to town and Secret Beach are about 30 mins.

It was an awesome location, excellent facilities, very clean, lots of space, very comfortable bed, great value!

Great location, off the main road so very quiet but right next to everything and we loved that there was a private sandy relaxing area right by the water. Also really close to Ramon’s if you wanted a proper beach to relax on. The building itself was great, we knew the villa was going to be at the back of the property with no sea view. The rooms were all massive and so comfortable, the bathrooms were also great. Very spacious for 6 adults and a toddler. We were given bath towels and beach towels which was nice! The kitchen was super handy and stocked with basics and the AC was cold! Loved the free drinking water and hammocks outside. The staff were also really helpful when we needed more outdoor tables so we could eat outside.

The location was perfect , we were within walking distance to restaurants and markets and the beach was amazing.

The property is wonderfully built and decorated. The finishes are high end. Wonderful showers, thick luxurious towels. A fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful rooftop/lounge area AND a bottom floor pool. Walking distance to everything you need AND an ocean side sunrise every morning? Yes, please!

Overall CLEANLINESS, well maintained AMENITIES, excellent COMMUNICATION and ATTENTIVENESS, from point of booking all the way up until check out! A stressful trip with a 1 & 5 year old and elderly parents and inlaws was salvaged due to this home away from home experience. Highly recommend!

Plenty of places to eat and at reasonable price within walking distance. Don’t need to rent a golf cart to get around unless you want to. Everything is close. If you drink prices are cheap. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

We walked to the resort from the water taxi. It was a pleasant walk about 25 mins. Love the cabanas. The place is very well kept. Loved the pool. Housekeeping is awesome. The staff I found could be more forthcoming about what is offered at the resort. They did not seem to want to interact much. Would be nice to have complimentary water bottles each day. The pictures are 100% accurate. Lots of other bars within walking distance.
