Self-Catering Accommodations in Shanghai

The location is close to the Bund (walking distance), the style ( minimal, but modern, like a co-working space). The staff is very nice, helpful. You have a coffee machine and filtered water in the common area. The place is clean, very friendly and open to tourists ( next time I will stay here for sure). I got a nice window view. The room is small and might be a bit of a struggle to get to the top bed. But overall I am very happy with my stay! It has everything an European hostel has and even more! Thanks!

New building and very big space for apartemen.

I booked one-bed room apartment, with 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and 1 full bed. The room exactly the same as in the picture, especially room no 2108. has a big space, enough for us with 3 adult 5 children. (Need confirmation from the host, because from the booking.com they only recommend for 5 people). The room is cold in January, but we can turn on the AC to 28-30 degrees to make the room temperature warm. It works ! there is a machine wash, kettle, refrigerator, microwave dining table for 4 people. The machine wash going well, but the dryer don't have. We can hang the clothes at night and dry in the morning. Should add more hanger to this room. Close to the metro Tiantong Road Station gate 6, by stairs. (turn the left) If you need elevator around 10 minutes by walk, beside the JI HOTEL. Easy to find food, lawson, strore, fruit seller, restaurant, halal food, etc. You can order from Taobao and sent it to the reception. Just ask the host to set the address. In 1-2 days you gonna received it. Don't worry about the language, they have a translator. The Bund view from the window.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they upgraded our room without any extra cost as our booked one wasn't free when we arrived. Hepl us getting into nearst shopping. Room was so big and clean. Very highly recommended

We traveled with two young toddlers. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had bed rails set up to accommodate our kids. Location was fantastic. Rooms were large and cleaned daily.

We stay here every time we visit Shanghai. It's a good Homestay in a perfect location with friendly staff. The rooms are basic, small, but quiet.The room provides everything you need.

The hosts were very accommodating, we were celebrating a family birthday and the hosts were very helpful in recommending cakes and restaurants and making reservations for us😁

+ EXTREMELY caring staff. I wanted to arrange a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport but only left them my WA and telegram numbers, which don't work in china. When I got there they still found a way to pick me up right away even though I missed the shuttle I was supposed to be on and it was my mistake. Special thanks for the very very caring driver. + The free breakfast is a home cooked style buffet with gyoza, several meats, vegetables yogurts porridges and drinks. It's MUCH better than what you expect when the hotel costs only about $60 a night for a room for 4 people. + The restaurant is very cheap and every meal was great. Portions are big and it's free delivery to the room. + A young guy came to our room to help set up the huge and unexpected movie projector and link it to my laptop so we can watch films similar to like they are on the big screen at the movies. It took him about 20 mins but he actually got my laptop to work with the projector and didn't give up! + Everything in the room is new and well-decorated and designed. The mattresses are new, on the harder side, and very comfortable. ++ It feels like the owners and staff are really trying to make your stay a happy one with genuine care. No fake smiles and attitudes like in many other hotels.

The apartment was clean and really cozy, it was located in the very downtown of Shanghai, in a 2-5 min walking distance from food, shops, People’s Park, famous Starbucks roastery and Louis Vuitton ship. The area around is truly beautiful. The stuff replied really quickly and friendly and ensured everything is perfect.

I liked my stay so much. Very clean apartment and close from the metro, many nice shops around the area .. plus the host is sooo friendly and cooperative. Thanks to her 🤍

The hotel communication was great! It was easy to ask questions and they were so helpful. Especially if this is your first time in China, the learning curve can be high and they really helped us out a lot.

The location was perfect. Service was great. It was nice to have washer and dryer in the room. Price is very reasonable. I will recommend it.
