Amazing apartment. City center but very quiet. Perfectly clean and very comfortable. 10 minutes walk to train station. We love bed and kitchen. Only positive feelings.

Great location - quiet, across from a nice park, yet five minutes from the charming center of Lüneburg. Nice, spacious room. Two negatives: this is a hotel but operates like an Airbnb with self check-in, a big disadvantage if one needs something immediately. The pre-communication through Booking.com was good and timely, but after check-in there is no one to help with things like tips on restaurants and sights. I requested a fan in the evening as the heat wave was on, and only got a reply the next day that none was available. Granted, the heat was unusual, but they should have had fans in the rooms.

Great location easy to get to everywhere in Old Town. Shower was wonderful with lots of hot water. The kitchen was well supplied to cook meals. Staff was very responsive even on the weekend.

Everything was clean, proper and comfortable. Just like a small house.

You can tell they put a lot of care into this home. Being an old building it has some squeaks and stuff, but it is nicely decorated, clean and well kept for.

I really liked the central location, the ground floor room and the size of it. There was also a public car park nearby for only €3 for 24 hours, which was very convenient. The app with all the hotel details was helpful too and made everything easy to find.
