Self-Catering Accommodations in Dolgellau

Loved our stay at the farm. We stayed at Dragon’s den. Everything had so much attention to detail. Its the little details that matter. Modern yet cozy and comfortable place. The owners are very nice. We met the highland cow, Bonnie, charming fella. The walks around the farm and into the woods to the estuary were serene. Would definitely love to visit again.

The location was beautiful. Mountains and sea at the same place. Sea was within 20minutes distance. Absolutely on top with service and facilities. Definitely wants to go back to visit.

Beautiful location, I stayed in the cow shed which had spectacular views of Cadair Idris. I loved how private it was and cows in the field opposite were an extra treat when they came over to say hello. The bed was comfy, the facilities were just perfect and I like the little community snug and kitchen where you can cook and help yourself to items by contributing to the honesty box. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful as well.

Rich and his family were so accommodating, allowing us to check in and out later as well as providing us with an array of breakfast treats. Met Rich as we were heading to our car and had a lovely chat with him. Would definitely return!

Excellent cottage . Great touch with pastries, fresh bread , fresh milk and orange juice on arrival. Couldn't ask for anymore for the price compared to anything else in the area. Highly recommend and will be my go to place when working in the area. Thankyou

The location was perfect and easy to find if you follow the instructions. Fabulous cottage and very clean and fully equipped.

Loved the quirkiness / uniqueness and was ideal for my aviation obsessed son on a quick visit to the Mach loop. Also liked the fact that the space is ‘just for us’. My son loved the cockpit and illuminated panels, said it would be awesome if they were linked up to a flight sim… 😬

Perfect for a long weekend getaway in a quirky place! Amazing views, friendly host! Free parking available, bathroom and kitchen within the wagon. The oven is gas and there is hot water in the taps and shower. Plenty of sockets for your plugging needs. Living room with comfy sofa, a TV with a DVD player as well as access to the Internet for YT/Netflix
