I was shocked when arriving in the village. Such a real gem off a property and really felt at home. Location next to train station made it easier to get places especially into city.

Location was spectacular. Beautiful view of the river and dock area. Quiet yet easy walk to the city center.

Everything, such a beautiful barn, well equipped and the welcome gifts were well received. The Pool was huge, lovely and warm and plenty of towels available. The added bonus was a second jacuzzi in the pool area along with the private one with the barn.

I am basing this on the price, cleanliness, ease of access, communication with owner and comfort. 10/10.

Great stay. The cottage is great, our 5 year old loved it. A lovely touch by the owner to decorate the cottage for Easter! Very unexpected and made the stay extra special. We just needed a little stop off somewhere but this place exceeded all expectations. Thank you!

The residence was extremely pleasant to stay in with good heating and well stocked kitchen. The bathroom had great water pressure and it was large. The railway station is one minute walk with trains direct to Liverpool city center. The TV was huge and had free movie options. Overall a great place to stay. All was good. The area is historic in nature with great walking areas throughout Port Sunlight. The art gallery is especially impressive and the local pubs and restaurants are excellent.

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided and we really enjoyed our time here. Would happily stay again.

A lovely cottage in the historic surroundings of Port Sunlight. Well-appointed, cosy and located within very easy walking distance from the Lady Lever Gallery and Bebington Station for access to Liverpool. Perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host provided tea/coffee and biscuits for our arrival which was much appreciated. There is a well-stocked Aldi supermarket close by too for anything you may need. We were there during particularly cold, wet and windy February weather but were always warm inside the cottage.

The location was perfect, really enjoyed our stay there.

The flat was modern, clean and very comfortable. It was like a home from home, with all the mod cons you would want. It had a great variety of shops nearby, along with an excellent chippy. I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it to others.
