Overall it was an excellent stay! It was super clean and tidy. The staff were nice and helpful. The apartment had all the necessary amenities (except a microwave). The place was close the the train and bus stations, shops, restaurants and cafes. We were also able to access their indoor pool, sauna and gym. We would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was nice and helpful. The room is big and comfy, modern. Easy to get in, no keys involved which is a big plus.

Because everything was perfect the staff was very friendly, the hall and the room were comfortable and very clean, and the location was in a strategic position. Whenever we return to Bergamo, the only place we will definitely stay is AR Suites & Art. You are the best! Thank you again!

We were there for one night, wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was stunning. Very cute welcome pack for us, spaghetti, sauce and a recipe. Wine available to add to the bill if we needed it. (After a late night flight, it was lovely to see dinner if we needed it!). Never heard of ReGo Holiday apartments before but would absolutely look them up again. Very professional.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, the bedroom is lovely and spacious with dual aspect windows, the lounge still feels a great size even with the sofa bed pulled out & there is a really spacious bathroom. The AC was perfectly set and an amazing relief from the warm July weather. The WIFI also worked very well. Rita was a fabulous host, extremely attentive and very responsive to any messages. The apartment is in a fantastic location, being a short walk from the train station, close to the shops and near lots of restaurant options. There are also bus stops very close by. We wished we could have stayed longer as it was such a wonderful experience, and we will be recommending the apartment to all our friends and would not hesitate to come back to stay again.

Francesco, we owe you so much! Thank you for your kind help and all the valuable information. Our flight was delayed and we checked in quite late, and also Francesco called us a taxi to the airport on departure because there was a terrible storm when we were leaving and also he let us leave our backpacks with them so we can go explore the city before leaving for the airport. Highly reccomended for a short stay, you will feel like you are treated like family.

Location, easy check-in, clean. There are lots of restaurants and shops. It's very nice place.

the room and common spaces were extremely clean! we got the room with the street view and it was very nice. there is heating in the room, so we didn’t get cold. bedsheets and towels were crispy clean :) there are 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms, and it’s extremely useful as we never got to wait in line to use the bathroom. we stayed for 1 night, but we’ll definitely come back for longer!
