Amazing dinner! Perfect for a short stay or on your way down to souther Italy!

The beach and water there was phenomenal! Perfect to be in the ocean water for a long time. The swimming pool and slide were ok, but nothing exciting and seemed improvised and a bit dirty. The pool was definitely not what we had expected. The house we stayed in was tiny but with a big porch with view to the ocean - very nice and air- conditioned. It is dog friendly, but the dogs were not allowed in the water. And they were super strickt about it. In general, the general staff seemed unhappy. Every night loud music till 11pm? Why? It’s a family resort!!!

La Lanterna is a lovely place to spend a few days in Fermo. The room we had was wonderful, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. We had a wonderful Easter weekend and we highly recommend this place. It is ideally situated, jut a few steps up from a street where parking is free, and right in the centro storico. You walk up towards the Piazza del Popolo, where you can have a coffee, an aperitivo or a pizza, and a bit further up to the duomo, from where you have a lovely view over the Abruzzo mountains on one side and over the sea on the other. Fermo is a beautiful medieval town to visit. We also highly recommend to visit the nearby ancient village Torre di Palme.

Breathtaking views, kitchen facilities, cleanliness

Matteo was really helpful with recommendations for the area and then we spent lots of the days enjoying time at the great pool and outdoor grill area. A fantastic stay!

everything, well built and well run place. Even off season everything was in perfect condition. Host thoughtful and helpful! Rooms spaceous, beds comfortable, snacks and coffee provided, parking space outside our door.

The home is filled with authenticity, history, and love. You can tell the care and attention that has gone into this home that has belonged to the owners for generations. The taste they have is unbelievable and the kindness Umberto showed made me feel like I was so welcomed. I learned so much about Fermo and felt like I was a guest in a Palace. The views of the countryside and the sea are incredible- don’t hesitate to book! Also everything was so clean.

The place is amazing. A small apartment furbished with everything and anything a family of 6 (grandparents , couple, one 3yo and a 6 months infant ) could need. We slept great as it was so quiet and comfy, we got to try the fresh eggs and vegetables from the farm, and Anna treated us as family. Great views all around, lovely farm and good location, halfway between Fermo and its historical charm, and the Adriatic coast and the beach with its nightlife. By car we had no issue at all moving around. Thank you for this great experience!!
