It's a lovely place for a couple, maybe 50 meters from the surf. The owner is wonderful, very responsive. The bathroom is spacious, and the room with kitchenette is sufficient.

We really enjoyed our stay. Luigi is a very pleasant host - he stopped by to check if everything was okay, but otherwise gave us complete privacy. The apartment was very easy to find using Google Maps. The location is perfect - just 15 minutes on foot from the train station, 5 minutes to a large supermarket, and 5 minutes to the public beach (there are also nearby beaches with paid umbrellas and sunbeds, as well as cafés at the Lido). The garden is wonderful and shady - even in the midday heat, it stayed cool and pleasant. The washing machine is located in a separate utility room, but that wasn’t a problem for us. We only did laundry twice during the trip.

Fantastic hosts doing everything with the environment in mind and creating a self sustaining venture. Beautiful location nestled in the hills overlooking the picturesque countryside and seascape in the distance. House and rooms were fabulous and the breakfast was the best we had while traveling in Abruzzo! We will stay there again if we are back in the area!
