The appartment was extraordinary, beautiful, spacious, tasteful. The parking space was an extra we were very keen on to have, definitely in the old town with few parking possibilities.

This B&B Maria is an excellent option for an overnight stay in Pescara, especially before an early flight, after a late-evening arrival, or when you simply need convenient accommodation close to the airport. One of its biggest advantages is its proximity to the airport. The property is located about 1 km from the terminal and can easily be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. On the way to the B&B, you can also stop by the large Interspar supermarket to pick up anything you may need. The room and facilities were very good, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Coffee and tea were provided. Communication with the owners before check-in was excellent: friendly, prompt, and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that the street where the B&B is located can be quite busy, depending on the time of day. As for the room itself, the only minor downside for me was the mattress, which I found too soft. However, mattress comfort is highly subjective, and guests who prefer softer mattresses may find it perfectly comfortable. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

The host communicated well, and it was very easy to get the keys. The house was very cute and well appointed and in the center of town making it easy to walk to the top sights. There was a nice grocery store very near to the house. The shower was amazing and certainly felt great after traveling all day. I wish the bathroom had been upstairs where it was warmer, but it is what it is. And I also wish the stair steps had been covered in wood instead of metal as it was painful to walk without shoes. But all in all, it was a very roomy and comfortable place to spend the night.

The hosts didn’t merely show hospitality they went out of their way to ensure that everything required was provided and were very helpful, polite and kind. The apartment is in a quiet area opposite a park and only minutes walk to the centre of Sulmona and places of interest. It was clean with plenty of extra linen and towels for longer stays. With welcome cold sparkling water and capsules for the espresso machine it was easy to feel at home after a long day’s journey. It was also easy to forget there were neighbours and I hope they didn’t notice me. With heart felt thanks to the hosts. See you next time.
