Great Location.
The host was super nice and responsive.
He meet us in the house and let us checking in earlier.
He gives us a lot of suggestions to places to go.
I stayed only one night with my family( my husband and 2 teenagers) I wish I can stay longer.

ItalyAre Bordighera and Ventimiglia definitely Italy? The sea water is transparent and azure and beaches here are completely free and accessible. Incredible! Here we meat our wonderful hosts who take perfect care of a modern, bright and extremely clean apartment. Large balcony with direct view not only to the wonderful beach in front but also of Menton and Monaco afar. Perfect! Air conditioning in all rooms was very useful during the Ligurian summer heat.

We are travelling europe and it was the best place we stayed so far, extremely clean , great facilities, very well equipped kitchen, you can park outside for free , host were very friendly and attentive. Right opposite to the shop , 5 minutes walk from a lovely beach . Nice restaurants . I regret that only booked for one night . Definitely would come back and spend a week around here. Thanks very much guys . Keep up the good work

Easy check-in process. Clean and comfortable apartment on a hill across the river, about 15-20 minutes from train station (to get to the apartment you have to go uphill).
Has a little well stocked kitchen.

Comfortable, good location - walking distance to the train station, shops, restaurants, cafes, and the beach, opportunity for self-catering, nice extras like teabags and coffee pods. Clear information provided by the friendly, supportive host - nothing was too much trouble!

Location, right to the seasore. Large and very well utiled appartment, two bedrooms (a master and a separate one with three beds for children), large bath, livingroom and the kitchen with the sea view. Balcony along the entire apartment.
A plus is the private parking place ( very difficult with to find a public parking place during daytime).
It was a very good base to travel alongside the Azur Coast, easy to reach any location using the Autobahn. Or, with pacience and without payment, alongside the litoral road thru the small villages.

Of the 8 or 10 places where I stayed during my month of travel, this was the best. Every small detail was carefully thought out. The well-equipped kitchen was appreciated, as well as the washing machine. Carlo couldn't have been more considerate. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was good. The Wifi was excellent. There were many outlets in convenient locations. I would happily recommend the apartment.
