1. We liked the spacious room, and the fact that it is very close to the fireworks place. 2. We liked the proximity to restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 3. The guidance for check-in is very clear.

We had the whole house, including kitchen living room and two bedrooms which was completely beyond expectations. Moreover, the owner is super nice and hospitable although he’s not at the property, helping us a lot via WeChat just as nearby restaurant reservations and bus reservations. Love the trip.

The perfect vacation home in Lake Toya area. - For me, we don’t have to stay nearby the lake and look at the lake at all time. This house is 5 mins away from downtown located up on the hill, so you still can enjoy lake atmosphere. House is decorated in rustic/country-home style. - Fully equipped with toilet amenities and kitchenware. - The owner of the house is a carpenter and he built this house by himself. Everything here is just PERFECT!!

We were blown away - the most well-stocked EVER of all the vacation homes i’ve stayed in! The owners thought of absolutely everything. The house is spacious and roomy and rooms are cozy. Very suitable for families with children. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We have a great time cooking there!

Exceptionally well organized as Guest House. English (and Japanese) labeling throughout property and in room. Self entry and departure, setup your own futon in room, shared sink/toilet/bath. Ofuro bath/shower is one-by-one (kashikiri), so shared resource but have privacy. Very clean, like new facilities. Internet access very good, held Teams conference call without issues in common room.

The place has a great view of Toya Lake. The house had a warm cozy old-school vibe to it. The owner was very very nice! We came here by bus, he picked us up from the bus stop, drove to the house to drop our luggage and gave us a quick tour of the main street! He even picked us up the following morning and drove us to the JR station. Would definitely book again!

Cozy property near lake Toya with everything you need for a short stay. It was pretty cold when we went so this would be perfect in the warmer months with family. Beds were comfortable and the host was kind and gave us good instructions to check in.
