Great location, clean amenities, washing machine, cookware and projector for entertainment

We loved the location. We loved how spacious the unit is. We are 6 adults and our small luggages fit comfortably in the room. What you see in the photos is what you get. Parking- There are 3 pay parking in front of the unit itself. In case there are no vacant spots, there are a lot of parking areas around. Area- It is close to a museum and Lawson is walking distance. It is a quiet neighborhood. Something to improve on- We had a hard time entering the first time. We entered the code as instructed but It took us a couple of tries before we were able to get in.

If you can splurge, treat yourself and stay in the 'Suite with Sauna.' It is perhaps my favorite hotel room ever. (And I've stayed in a lot of different hotels.) The wet room alone, which includes a large tub, private sauna, shower, cold plunge, and terrace, was truly awe inducing. But on top of that, the room was extremely spacious with a sleek, modern design. It came with very comfortable beds, a drop-down movie/tv screen with projector, a kitchen, and even a washing machine! It was such a wonderful experience for our family. The hotel staff is also friendly and helpful. I forgot an item in the room, and they were kind enough to return it by mail.

Check in was easy. Location was good - near to the trains and buses. Room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Very nice, near the station though you will need to find the overhead bridge elevators if you have luggage, but it is doable. Apartment has everything that you might need. Drying rack in bathroom works great. Super big room.

Super convenient location - 5 mins from Nagasaki JR station and tram. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Modern clean and comfortable room - great for a family as had 4 beds. Was also a bonus to find a free washing machine and drier.

This is our first time staying at a traditional Japanese house and I truly had a great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, she offered us some traditional workshops to join for our experience in Nagasaki. We really loved that! Thanks so much

Loved this place, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in was simple and the host would always answer messages within 5 minutes. When I come back to Nagasaki I will definitely stay here again.

Location great - right near Nagasaki Station (albeit some steps up). Very friendly! Bed was closer to a private room than a hostel bed - albeit with nice shared bathroom. Great place to stay in Nagasaki!

I really liked the layout of the room. It's pretty much like an apartment/condo with its own kitchen, closet, refrigerator, and washing machine for laundry. I had a comfortable stay and would definitely come back in the future.

Great location for hanging around in Nagasaki’s tourist attraction area. Great facilities as well.
