I stayed for one night with my family in this beautiful penthouse and it was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the panoramic views, spacious layout, and tasteful decor. The place was spotless and had all the amenities I needed,even more than expected for a short stay.The host was welcoming, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The location was also perfect,close to everything yet peaceful and private. It was the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. I wish I could have stayed longer! Highly recommended for anyone looking to treat themselves.

Excellent experience overall. The property was very well cleaned, and we had a comfortable two-night stay. Just one small suggestion: it would be even better if housekeeping service could be provided on the second day, including fresh towels and bath mats, especially for guests staying more than one night. The caretaker deserves special appreciation—very kind, attentive, and welcoming, always with a warm smile and a positive attitude. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return, as we travel to Colombo frequently.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our five-day, four-night stay. My whole family was so satisfied with everything, and we genuinely felt at home from the moment we arrived. The owner is truly an amazing human being — he constantly checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely cared for our comfort. As three females traveling together, we felt completely safe throughout our stay. We also happened to accidentally break a small piece of glassware, and he didn’t charge us or make us feel bad about it at all. He simply said it was okay, which we appreciated so much. The property itself was extremely well maintained. Everything worked perfectly — hot water showers, AC rooms, and all the kitchen appliances were in great condition. The entire house and all the rooms were spotless, giving us absolutely nothing to worry about. Overall, we had an amazing stay and are already looking forward to coming back again. Truly a wonderful place with a wonderful host.

Perfect clean apartment in centre of the city with beautiful view. Owner Mr. Nirash was very nice, really. He gave us good tips for trips, advices about Colombo, help us with train tickets etc... Really recommend using this apartment, if we will come back to Colombo we will use it again.

The two bedrooms appartment is on the top of the house and with the patio and the mezzanine, it is like a tiny house! So beautiful and cozy! We felt like at home. A lot of wardrobe if you stay several nights. The owner is very kind and friendly. He helped us a lot! It is very quiet and you can walk easier around for all amenities. The breakfast was georgous and so tasty!
