Self-Catering Accommodations in Weligama

I had an amazing time staying at the star eyes hostel in weligama. The staff is super friendly and this hostel feels like home. I wanted to stay there for a few days and ended up staying for multiple weeks. I met so many great people, I liked that the location was a bit out of weligama city because it was more quiet. thank you for everything Ishan!!! made my time in Sri Lanka very special. will definitely come back 🫶🏻

Very close to beach/ Had everything we needed/ Makes life easier for with the cafe being there

The house is very nice and in a private location that is peaceful and calm. His family greeted us upon arrival and were very kind and accommodating. The house is gorgeous inside and out and we loved being able to wake up there each day. It is only about an 8 minute drive to the beach but having our scooter was convenient. Cozy and truly something out of Pinterest! Definitely check it out if you’re in the Weligama area!

Hostel is good overall very good vibes around chill place but also there are people to have fun with also owner rizzie is a good man he will help you with anything

We stayed at The Glade for two weeks, working remotely and exploring Weligama and the nearby towns. The property is large and clean, and the staff are very friendly. They recently added a pool, but the main highlight is being by the river where you can spot birds and crocodiles and being surrounded by fireflies in the evening. It was generally very peaceful. Also a very short drive to town, and easy to get food delivery or tuktuks. The wifi was fast and reliable (when there wasn't a power cut!). Great value for a large place with lots of amenities.

Perfect place for a workation! The environment is calm, and the WiFi is fast enough for video calls and office work. The villa is neet and well organized. I especially enjoyed sitting in the garden at night with the lights on—it’s very relaxing. Will definitely visit again.

Lost Hostel in weligama, shrilanka is simply awesome! I had the time of my life here with the coolest people who knew how to party and have fun. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, always there for you. The rooms are clean, spacious and so comfortable, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect, with nearby access to great restaurants and beaches. I can't recommend this place enough, it's perfect for anyone who wants to have a good time in shrilanka. I can't wait to come back and experience it all again!

Amazing place, very airy, and a good find. We booked the Family apartment with 3 rooms and kitchen area. very good value for money. Spacious rooms with balconies and a great living space. The landlord supported us with transport with his tuks.

I really like this place and definitely come back again. Clean spacious rooms with own fridge, excellent wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, beautiful balconies with a lot of flowers and a rooftop with amazing view. The owner is so kind and helpful. A little bit far from the centre but so cosy and quiet place.

Our best stay in Sri Lanka! We initially planned to stay for 5 days but ended up extending our visit to 3 weeks because everything was so amazing. The accommodation is new and features a beautiful garden, where we enjoyed watching a variety of animals. The hosts and staff were incredibly kind and made us feel at home. We can't wait to come back!

This is an overall great European type accommodation with clean and spacious room, newly equipped bathroom. Very good Wi-Fi for work. 250 meters to the beach and 25 min walk to the city center and surfing area. (You will be taking tuc-tucs). Great owner, fast response, always smiling and always flexible and ready to help

The privacy and the property itself. Spacious, well decorated, in a convenient location and the caretaker was genuinely helpful and friendly.

My room was super clean.. my shower was nice and hot.. the hosts were really lovely and friendly.. beautiful garden and very quiet at night.. thank you for everything

New and clean comfortable room

We had a great stay. The owner Lawrence is a great host. He is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. Spacious room and a lovely garden in front of the house. Very close to the beach and some nice restaurants/cafes close by.

Absolutely loved this place. The beautiful beach was just across the road. We had a very comfortable stay with all the facilities in the house. And the family owners were very nice. It’s the one of the beautiful guesthouses that I will definitely come back !
