It’s so nice, you have everything you will need for a trip! It’s a little outside of the city center but that’s not a problem! the walk to the bus has beautiful nature and sweet animals to look at. It’s quiet and clean

We liked having the bikes on site, the stylish design, excellent showers and location near Utrecht, handy but also peaceful. Helpful host!

This was a perfect location for what I needed. Host went beyond expectation to make me comfortable. Great free parking. Everything is there to prepare your own meals. Wifi was good. The bed was nice and cozy. I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Ron and Marieke. They are very friendly, hospitable people. Available whenever you need them! At the same time, I had a lot of privacy in my spacious studio on the farm. It had its own kitchenette (microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle), living/dining room (tv, lounge set, big dining table), and two super comfortable beds. The shower was also amazing! And last but not least, the garden is beautiful. Breakfast was served every morning, or the night before when I needed to get up very early for work. Marieke asked me about preferences and allergies and made sure I felt spoiled every morning. Would definitely repeat!

We had a welcome package of food delivered which was amazing. It had all the basics and more. The location of the flat was good. Easy access by train and tram. Trams seemed to stop at midnight but the train went on after midnight and we could get back ok after a concert in Amsterdam. Washing machine and bikes were added extras but the bikes have a backward pedalling brake. There was a bike shop a few minutes away where we hired extra bikes (2 provided). Excellent outside space. Great information from the host about the flat and things to do nearby.

The location was fabulous -- a short walk to the heart of the old city, a beautiful view of the canal and surrounding park from the room and, in the winter with no leaves, a bonus and stunning view of the famous Dom night and day from the room (see photos)! The 1 BR apartment was also well-equipped, well-designed, and stylish. The property management people were responsive and helpful.

Our room was exactly as pictured with a view over the canal. We went out for breakfast and we found lovely cafes just across the bridge and around the corner. In the early evening we would walk to a bar to have a drink and people watch. Utrecht is a wonderful walking city truly worth a visit. Our host, Niels, was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had use of a washing machine and dryer (which was not in our room)it was much appreciated. There is a supermarket within 5 mins walk if you want to buy milk or snacks. Everything was easy!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeannette and Floor’s farmhouse. Communication was easy and prompt from the very beginning, and they made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the farm itself is beautiful and peaceful. Staying on a working farm was a unique way to experience the Dutch countryside and gave us a different perspective on the Netherlands beyond the cities. The location was excellent for exploring the area. We used the farmhouse as our base for visiting both Utrecht and Amsterdam, and it was convenient to reach everything we wanted to see. The property is also within walking distance of two! UNESCO World Heritage sites connected with each other: the historic Dutch Water Defence Lines and the ancient Roman frontier.

The location is unbeatable. It was absolutely perfect. The beds were really comfortable too.
