Everything was perfect staff spoke good english Breakfast was amazing and delivered to my door hot and tasty I highly recommend this villa for any visits to phuket Villa was nice and spacious tv was new and has all the smart features pool was good . Wifi was fast air conditioning was good throughout the villa

Brand new complex. Super helpful staff. 7min walk to Reformer Pilates, 10min walk to Bang Tao Mhuy Thai gym . Decent gym for a complex too. Swimming pool is amazing. Decent coffee bar . I did a lot of home cooking there and the in house amenities helped perfectly. It feels like a quality build (especially for Thailand, no disrespect intended. Thai skills have definitely improved over the last 10years) Tops and 7/11 within 6 min walk and Big Lotus , KFC , McDonalds 10min walk. Bus stops for either airport or Kamal Beach, Patong, Kata Beach (100b) 5min walk. Nice 20min walk to Boat Avenue , nice restaurants, Red Light Therapy , More Reformer Pilates and ice baths etc.. whole area felt safe Great Night Market on Monday and Thursdays too (6min walk) Of course all above are minutes on a scooter .

The room looked exactly like the pictures —beautifully furnished, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Bangtao Beach and nearby beach clubs, with a 7/11 and Tops supermarket only 5–10 minutes away on foot. Even though there is construction nearby, it only runs from 8 AM to 5 PM. The rooftop is fantastic, with plenty of cozy spots to relax, and the pool is lovely. Special thanks to *Bunny*, who went above and beyond to take care of us—her hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. We stayed for a week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended for families or groups traveling.

Spacious and really worth the money spent

Trying to run remote workloads while dragging a family to a beach location usually ends up with you taking frantic calls from a cramped hotel bed, but Title Legendary near Bang Tao completely wrecks that stereotype. The layout just works. Two different onsite coworking zones kept my focus locked in while the kids burned off energy in those massive pool complexes. Zero distractions. Ef from the staff deserves major credit here. Pure positive energy. The woman operates with absolute competence wrapped in genuine hospitality. My entire family felt looked after.

Room is clean and tidy. There is no stores near by, but you can walk 15 minutes to Boat Avenue. It has many stores and restaurants.
