Self-Catering Accommodations in Lipa Noi

The stay at Villa Ayundra was exceptional. We were welcomed by a warm, caring team led by the manager, Gee. The entire team ensured our well-being throughout our stay in a very discreet, almost imperceptible manner. The villa itself is far removed from any tourist hustle and bustle and is equipped with all the luxurious amenities needed to unwind and let the soul relax. The pool, the bar, the location, and the facilities create a wonderful overall concept that is unparalleled. Gee and her team were also always very helpful in planning leisure activities, such as jet skiing and a day trip to the marine nature reserve. In summary, a dream vacation in a dreamlike villa with wonderful staff. An absolute recommendation. We would love to return.

The rooms are quite spacious and the beds super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool a lot, great way to cool off. Staff members were extremely helpful and attentive, they really made our stay incredible! They’re truly the heart of this resort.

Excellent and clean rooms. Private pool with gorgeous views of the ocean. Stunning modern rooms and living rooms. Bathroom had a lovely bath tub. Will definately return. Also service from support staff were excellent. Very private and the property exceeded my expectations.

Really nice place for families or couples, very close to the beach and restaurants and bars. The place was clean and nice. I would like to mention the early mornings, if you get up around 6:30 you can see and hear the nature waking up and all the animals around the house. Also the sunset from the beach next to the house is really amazing.

I really liked the place, calm, quiet. resort in an exclusive location, with an exclusive design. large, clean pool. nearby is a small town with a shop and a cafe. we recommend coming with a scooter, as we did not see a rental point around. near the sea, we recommend it to those who want peace

Wow... such a cozy and functional home in a great location of Ko Samui. The home is in a lovely neighborhood that really makes one feel like they're living the local life. Close to the beach, and also close to the main commercial road to ensure you have access to what you need should you need to make a purchase. The owners and managers of the home live close and are super accommodating with reasonably priced laundry services, regular complimentary cleaning, and there's even a scooter to rent! The showers, furniture, work desk, internet, appliances, and exercise machine truly made it feel like a home. I will 100% be staying here again whenever I return to Ko Samui :) 10/10!
