EVERYTHING. This is really an amazing place. The villas are very spacious, SUPER clean to every detail. Very comfy bed, huge bathroom w a lovely stone bathtub, storm water pressure and everything provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes etc. Slippers, bathrobe for bathroom and kimono for relaxing provided. Free very nice bicycles, they collect you from the port and bring you back to the port. Full checks of ph, chlorine levels etc in the pool. Well stocked kitchen w everything you can imagine including fully stocked drinks fridge, snack basket etc. The villas a fully maintained, modern design, ceiling fans exterior and interior, A/C, I could go on. It’s an amazing place from start to finish. But above the place being fantastic the staff is the most amazing and helpful even at 2am when we had a little medical emergency. The staff went beyond what was expected to be helpful. We had a special birthday while staying there and the staff decorated to whole room to perfection w fresh flowers. I cannot recommend this place enough.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Villa Kayu – Gili Air June 2025 What an incredible experience! We stayed at Villa Kayu on Gili Air for my wife’s 50th birthday celebrations, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by Gary, the owner, and Dian, the general manager. Their hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The villa itself is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and offering everything we could possibly need for a comfortable retreat. Dian went above and beyond to arrange a fantastic boat trip for my wife's birthday, allowing us to snorkel at several stunning spots where we encountered vibrant marine life, including plenty of fish and turtles. Upon returning to the villa, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture from the staff—a lovely handwritten note, delicious cookies, and a stunning birthday cake made entirely out of fresh fruit. It was the perfect way to end the day! While the villa is not beachfront, it remains an excellent value for money given its quality and the exceptional service provided. We would rate the villa a solid 9, with the staff deserving an unwavering 10 for their warmth, attentiveness, and generosity. The hospitality of the Indonesian people has truly left us in awe, making this trip an experience we will cherish forever. Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were very nice, welcoming, helpful and thoughtful . The villa itself was beautiful surrounded by lush vegetation, with a lovely pool, tasteful decoration, and a calm peaceful atmosphere. It was incredibly comfortable, perfect for relax. The bed was big and cozy, the outdoor seating area was a great spot to chill. Would definitely stay here again!
