the property was near to restaurants and shopping. the contact they offered for taxi service was excellent (to airport, and i used the same for a day trip). it was quiet at night but close to a more lively street for food and walking. it was great being able to have a kitchen to use.

GianMarco is an excellent host. He carried our luggage to the room, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants (Zio Emilio is beyond delicious, does not open until 8:00 PM) and he is very full of life. Rate it a 10+

The appartment is outstanding and the view is stunning! The house is designed for sea-lovers. Giancinto is great - he recommended us places to visit and restaurants and local food; also transfer from and to the airport. Big supermarket was not needed as we could buy local food and drinks from the shops around - bakery, butchers, vegetable shops and wine and other drinks shop. We used the train to visit also other touristic places - Scilla, Tropea, Reggio Calabria and Messina (city in Sicily). So we had days to rest and enjoy the apartment and the sea view and sun and days to explore Calabria. We definitely recommend Rosa dei Venti for your vacation! This place will stay in our hearts!
