Loved the close proximity to Perugia, you can walk to the escalators that bring you up to the city. The rooms were also beautifully designed. Our host Stefania was also very lovely & responsive.

The apartment was in a perfect location for those traveling without a car. It was a five minute walk to the major train station and an equally close walk to the minimetro which takes you into the center of Perugia in 10 minutes. The hosts were very attentive, the apartment itself was clean, spacious for two people, and had everything we needed. There’s a laundromat, lots of little cafes, and a grocery store all in walking distance.

Beautiful convenient light bright and clean apartment with quality furnishings and towels. Very convenient if you are travelling by train as the mini metro is close-by and there public transport lifts that make moving luggage easy. Apartment is in the historical centre and walking down side streets lets you access some local shops as well.

The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

The check-in process was incredibly friendly—Luca and Johan were waiting for us, explained everything we needed to know, and left us a well-organized guidebook with restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. The rooms exceeded all our expectations: they were spacious, comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. But the highlight was definitely the pool—one of the most beautiful we've ever seen, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The garden was also lovely, with plenty of space to relax in the shade and enjoy nature. Above all, Luca and Johan were exceptionally kind and made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended!
