Ricardo was a great host and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. Cool view, right in front of Huaca Pucllana. Close enough to Parque Kennedy with its nightlife and restaurants, but far enough away that we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We liked the location, spaciousness of the home and comfortable beds. There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you Juan!

Great location for this apartment; very centrally located and easy for the bus (Peru Hop) to drop off; Also very easy to get to any restaurants and local places. We also were able to store bags safely and securely

It was an awesome location in Barranco. Extremely clean and bigger than I expected with an outdoor patio. The interior was also extremely nice.

I stayed here twice. The owners are very helpful, helped booked me airport pick up, making my fist night in Peru very smooth.(car ride from airport to Fernando’s place less than 20 minutes). And helped me get a car back to airport. And they allow me left my pack back in her home for a week, and flexible for my changes on schedules. Owners speaks good English, tentative, and the breakfast was nice, with fresh juice, great coffee, eggs, bread… Room is on the basic-side, but has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Great value for people who travels on budget like me.
